Drink was pure tequila. Too much oil was used in the dishes. Carrot cake didn’t taste like carrot…garnishes were overdone.

We made a reservation almost 2 months in advance like we do every year. It's a very special time for us. We arrived a little early and we wee sat immediately. We waited 20 minutes before I had to get up and ask the hostess to find me a server. We get our drinks and appetizer put in, and they come out right away. Then it's another 25 minutes before the server comes back. I went back to the hostess stand and said I just need someone to take our order, I don't care who it is. One of the food runners stepped up and helped us. She was great. Our regular server who apparently was also a manager for some reason, just kept telling us excuses. No offer for free round or dessert or an overall discount.... nothing but excuses. This is unacceptable. If you're that buried, ask for help. I had to find the help myself and believe me that's where the tip went. Such a bummer.

The service was great and drinks were good. We hit the happy hour so that helped the value. The spaghetti Bolognese was pretty good, but the chicken and mashed potatoes was better the pasta with the prosciutto wrapped shrimp was a little bland. The calamari was delicious, they were out of the crispy cauliflower, so we got the bruschetta instead and it was ok. Overall I’m sure we will come back.

Ambiance was nice but we were seated by a table of men talking loudly and cursing. So that spoiled it. Food good but not as good as it could be. Missed the mark a bit. There were two of us. Waited two hours for our dishes which were fish, so should not have taken long at all. It was a Monday night and not super busy. We watched several people arrive, eat their meals, and then leave while we waited. No apology or even recognition of the excessive wait by our server. Probably won’t go back.

Worst service ever. No napkins, silverware, water or glasses. We had to eat the appetizers with our fingers. Horrible management. Terrible experience. Would never go back and never recommend this place.

We’ve been meeting our friends from Arvada several times at Sienna and each time was better than the last. The food is great……especially the Creme Brûlée! And the service has always been wonderful. Will always come back to Sienna.

This place usually is great, but last night the prime rib was tough, and the squash pasta had a burnt taste. For the price (38 and 28 respectively), we were extremely disappointed and may not be back.

Go to another one of the amazing restaurants in CR. Siena used to be amazing. We will never go back. Mediocre service, food is just okay or served not as ordered and management is not quick to respond. Sad

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a while! Our waitress was horrible and she literally went off for more than 15 min and we had to ask another waiter to clear plates, for our check, for the water we had asked for! For the money you pay the service was horrendous! Won’t be back ever!

Something has gone wrong at Siena. We were seated and ignored for about 10 min. Then a young women wandered by in yoga pants and a sweatshirt, stopped and looked at us and asked if we wanted something to drink? We could not tell if she worked there? So we ordered drinks . She asked if we were ready to order? Asked her what the specials were? She did not know? I raised my eyebrows and asked, Filet? She said, oh yes, that’s it. What comes with it? Ummmm, Parmesan …crackers. I said, potatoes? She had nothing to write the order on. I ordered a beef filet, med-well. I asked for a cup of Italian onion soup, NO croutons “I can’t eat gluten.” My husband ordered. We were NEVER given utensils or napkins. The soup came, full of croutons. My husband got up and went to a empty table and grabbed utensils from it. Then the table behind us followed suit. And, a third table , the gentleman walked over and grabbed utensils from the empty table. No one thought it odd that everyone was wandering around pilfering utensils from other tables. The meals were delivered. We re-ordered drinks. My plate was beautiful. I cut into the filet, and my plate filled with blood, soaking the mashed potatoes. RARE. It was nasty. I pushed my plate off to the side. I would not eat that. My husband finished eating. Finally the girl in the sweatshirt walked by and saw my plate. She didn’t know what to say, or do. We hadn’t gotten our 2nd drinks. I said, you can take it back to the kitchen and ask them to make it med-well, or they can start over. She took a small plate off our table, and put the cut up rare steak on it and walked away, leaving the blood filled plate with RED mashed potatoes sitting in front of me. I told her that I didn’t want the “cooked” steak laid back in the blood. So she finally took the gross plate. Came back with a plate with the steak, very crusty, cut into it, still not cooked! I did not get to eat dinner. They did remove the cost of the filet. Siena needs to train new employees.

The appetizer was good, but then we had to wait a very long time for our main course to arrive. When it came, the plate was cold, the mashed potatoes were cold, the sauce that was poured over the steak was cold, and the steak was barely luke warm (cold before I finished it). My wife's salmon was also barely warm. We talked to the manager about it, but it didn't appear he really took us seriously.

Price of salad (with two thinly sliced beats, small piece of burratta and 4 orange segments- no protein) was the same price as a large sandwich and salad that my guest ordered. Something is off with the pricing. I was expecting a much different salad. Not a good value.

The kitchen carries this place. The food is wonderful. The back of the house is stellar - the bus boys, food runners, chefs! The servers are incredibly unprofessional as is the on site manager. At least whoever was there last night. I’ve been countless times Bc the food is great. Each and every time the service worsens. Missing meals, no silverware, I have to get my own drinks from the service bar after I see them sitting there for 20 minutes. I have to ask to have the table or bar ledge cleaned of former patrons’ crumbs when I sit down. I have to ask for specials. I have to wave people over to take my order. Last night as my food was delivered I asked my a back up wine and the check at the same time as the food was dropped Bc I knew it would be ages bf anyone helped again. As I sat there with all of this going on, Amber just continued to play around and chat and have fun. She and the other bartender (who was trying to work harder than amber) took shots and checked their phones and chatted up patrons while we sat waiting for everything. As did the other patrons. I was in the industry for over a decade so I’m very patient…. Worst service I’ve ever had. There is zero management. Kudos to the kitchen and back of the house staff!!

We waited almost 45 minutes to get a drink and then another 10 min. to get our bread. Very slow. Waiter knew nothing about the menu and couldn't answer any questions. We found that odd.... Our waiter started taking away plates before we were done, asked if we wanted dessert before we got done eating as well. We kept thinking he must of been brand new, so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. My Quinoa Curry dish was pretty good. Couldn't taste the curry at all though. I added salmon and it was a super small piece and really thin. My girlfriend got the salmon main dish and it was cut much better and she liked it. My husband got the Chicken Parm and he liked it too. The bread and olive oil dipping sauce was delicious!

We arrived at the restaurant only to find that the doors were locked and no one was in the building. There were no signs indicating closure and we had not been alerted to a cancellation, on their part. Found out from a friend that they had instituted "NEW WINTER HOURS" and are now closed on Sundays.....would have been nice to know beforehand since we were entertaining guests. We were not given the opportunity to make other arrangements. Pretty difficult to find last mintue dinner accomodations on a weekend.

We came here on a beautiful Saturday to enjoy a lunch on the patio given the warm weather. Made reservations and requested outdoor seating; when we arrived (5 min early) it was obvious everyone had the same idea as only 1 or 2 tables were occupied inside. We were immediately seated to 1 of the 2 remaining tables outside, next to the fountain - everything was perfect to this point. There was a large party of 10+ next to us that was getting take care of with multiple rounds of drinks and looked like they were enjoying their meal. Unfortunately, we were forgotten about / ignored for the next 20 minutes until my wife flagged down a server. He came and was apologetic, suggested they were short handed (although everything inside was virtually empty and the patio was not full), and then took our drink and meal order. She had a burger and I had a chicken club sandwich, both with fries. Our meal came out in another 20-25 minutes while we enjoyed wine during the wait. The sandwiches were meh, but the fries were already cold when they hit the table. Ambiance was great, but otherwise a very forgettable experience.

The only thing worse than the loud music from the mediocre band was the food. The music was so loud you could not speak to your party. It made it much more like a bar than a restaurant. I would drop this place from your "wish" list if you want to go out and chat with friends or have a romantic evening. You'll be shouting the whole time and the diners at the table next to you will know more about your love life than you had intended.
The food was terrible and took forever to arrive. I think they forgot to put sauce on my shrimp and pasta dish. It was nothing but noodles with shrimp tossed on top. My husbands food went back because it was well done rather than rare. His food returned well after all of us had finished eating, and everything but the meat was gone from the plate. It was simply the meat on the plate.
So the wait time was long for really bad food, while we shouted at each other over the poor and very loud music. The wait staff however was fantastic and I commend her for her grace and poise under such poor conditions. I feel like she may have been the only waitress in the place that night. She was attentive, apologetic and very quick to pick up on non verbal clues. She made frequent checks on our table and ensured drinks were always full and everyone had everything they needed. So the waitress was great, but I will not return.
