If you order steamed rice, it comes later than the fried rice that has to be cooked. It should be brought out sooner since that is something that should be available on hand. Our cook was very polite but the cook next to him was very obnoxious. The obnoxious cook sprayed my mother with water when he was putting it away. He apologized but needs to be more careful. The obnoxious cook also made the comment about our cook not being Asian which was not very nice. We liked our cook, race does not matter. The server put one of our orders on the other group's tab which caused a lot of confusion and caused both us and the other group to wait a really long time. It was obvious who was on each others group as we had an empty seat in between us. Great venue and great food. Appetizers and cocktails were on point. Cooks and Servers need more training.

Shinto's is a place that my entire extended family enjoys. We try to get eight to ten people together so that we have a table all to ourselves. The food is always prepared correctly, in nice proportions and without a long wait time. The cooks are always entertaining and seem to enjoy the place as much as the customers. I would highly recommend Shinto's to those who have never been there. Everyone that I have ever talked to about the Shinto experience has always praised and complimented the entire experience. That alone speaks highly of Shinto's. My favorite server goes by the name "papi" (although I doubt that papi is a derivative of his real name.

We sat at a regular table, away from the hibachi and the noise level was awful. Four of us at a small table could not hear one another. We ordered meals and sushi and the sushi did not arrive until we were nearly done eating our meals. Poor timing and poor ambiance. We will not go back.

Went for a birthday and we had a good time. I've been to similar restaurants and this one is right on par. Little more expensive then others and I felt like I got less food but overall it was a nice night and good food

A little slow getting the table ready and getting drinks was a little slow. The food was great and so was the chief., who did a good presentation.

The restaurant was very cold, front desk people were not friendly and had to ask the staff to clean off the cooking area a second time. $3 to upgrade to brown rice per person!!

We had a great time! Food was excellent and the entertainment made it festive for the occasion. Definitely will go back next year.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was fun and lively. My only complaint is that the portions are small. Three people in our group ordered scallops. When the chef started cooking there were eight scallops which cannot be evenly divided between three people so I don't understand what the portion size was supposed to be. He just kept cutting them into smaller pieces until he could make an equal amount. At other hibachi restaurants the serving size is 4 scallops per person. The cost is definitely not worth the portion size.

We go in a group of 8 each year around Christmas time. The hibachi is great and I've never been disappointed in the show.

Went there for the first time had a reservation for 830 got there early and was told would have to wait even though there was three tables open the whole time. Barmaid only brought 4 of 5 drinks the first time and had to ask again. After being seated waited ten minutes for server to finally recognize us. Only positive part was the chef which was Oliver very good and entertaining for the kids.
