   Great waitress. Food was delicious. We just wish they would change the menu and add new things occasionally. They have had this menu for 10 years. Only 4 pasta options. Would be nice to offer a little more variety.

   Our pizza needed more flavor. The pizza of the day that we ordered was not as flavorful as expected. The chocolate cobbler was not very good. The ice cream was great but the cobbler itself was dry and tasteless. You need to offer more variety with your desserts (e.g. fruit cobbler and biscotti). All of the desserts were heavy rather than light. Our salads were very good. The pastas needed to have more selection (e.g., lasagna). In general, the menu needs an update. The service was excellent.

   結婚記念日にディナーを食べに行きました。非常に気さくに対応してもらって行って良かったです。料理もすぐにサーブしてくれて満足でした。また行きたいです。

   Very disappointing. I thought that it was one of the best Italian restaurants near 23rd as I was very happy with last few visits. But, today somehow all foods tasted poor. Rockfish and lamb leg tasted like a cheap frozen ingredient. Pizza was too oily. Red wine temp was too room temp - it seems the wine was not stored in a cellar. Server never came back after taking an order. Definitely, this restaurant is overrated.

   My favorite restaurant, and for good reason, I love the service, the staff are so polite and knowledgeable about recommendations, I love the location as parking is never hard to find and it’s safe, I love the menu and that is rotates and everything I’ve had is absolutely stellar and satisfying. It’s the simple things that also make Serrato stand out, the boxing out takeaway, the staff remembering your name and preferences, the ambience of the lighting and how decor make the large space feel warm. It’s an experience I enjoy sharing with everyone in my life and I love it so much I bring all my friends, family, and dates to Serrato.

   An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance of simplicity and authenticity, with warm, inviting decor that immediately sets the tone. The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and impressively knowledgeable about every detail of the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations without being overbearing. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was prepared with precision, and the balance of flavors in each bite was both creative and refined. We started with the burrata and butter lettuce salad—both fresh, vibrant, and beautifully plated. For mains, the roasted pork chop was a standout: tender, juicy, and coated in a rich, flavorful glaze that brought everything together. The bouillabaisse was equally memorable—deeply flavorful with a generous portion of perfectly cooked seafood. From service to presentation to taste, this place hits every mark. We’ll definitely be back.

   Overall, our meal was good, but with some exceptions. First, the house wine Valpolicella was recommended. I found it flat and lacking character. Salads were shared, but also lacking in the dressing. Our entrees were fair, but the pasta dishes were mediocre lacking character. The scallops and ravioli were better and enjoyed. Our reservation was for 7:00 pm and orders were placed around 7:20 pm, but we were not served until 7:55 pm. The waiter offered no comment on the delay and were were not even offered bread to fill the gap in our hunger. This is a high end restaurant with prices that reflect it. I have to say they could do better. I doubt I will return.
