   Very good Mediterranean inspired restaurant with a decor and atmosphere suited both for groups or an intimate meal. The service was excellent and quick for ordering but making it a point we could take at the time we wanted at our table. Great location in Embarcadero 4 for both view and connecting with friends from other parts of the area. They validate parking at the center garages.

   Our waitress up sold us to a horrific degree. She asked if we wanted to add protein to a $17 salad - we added chicken. And when the bill came I saw the chicken added $31 to the price! When our pita ran out for our appetizer, she asked us if we would like more. Which we gladly said yes to and then she charged us an extra $3 for that pita. It felt like she was trying to pad the bill to raise her tip. I was horrified and will not return.

   Lovely lunch spot especially with coworkers. Attentive service, great food and wonderful atmosphere.

   We always enjoy the setting and the food at Sens. A great place to take a visitor, or just to catch up with a friend. On those rare warm SF afternoons the deck is special!

   Reservation at 6:15pm - didn’t get our food until 7:50pm after having placed our order by 6:40pm - it took over an hour to get the food out. Very disappointing.

   My salmon was very undercooked and I couldn’t finish it. This is a very loud restaurant for a business meeting but great for drinks with friends.

   I enjoyed lunch here two days in a row and the wait staff were welcoming and helpful, the food was very tasty, and the convenience to the Hyatt Regency Hotel terrific.

   A very limited menu. I ordered the steak au poivre. It was bad. It was approximately 5/8 inch thick and had that cheap steakhouse pre-tenderized texture. The cook was fine. The sauce matched the quality of steak. The fries served with it were fine. Great location and attentive service but for $46 this was a horrific entree for the price. This is a place for hungry tourists not for people who want fine dining.
