   First return in 2 to 3 years. Good sushi but not amazing (as it was in the past). Surprised at the drop off in flavor (rolls), technique (a few rolls not tight), menu (only 3 "from the coals" / non-sushi options?), desserts (ok, not great). Overall, good. We were anticipating amazing.

   This place is and always will be my fav restaurant in Orlando! Celebrated a couple of birthdays here, and all my friends have been dying to go back since. Highly recommend the carpaccio, the truffle mushroom soup, the salmon set and the crispy rice!

   Our server Jeremy was amazing and he was so well trained in the food and drinks. Our group had such a phenomenal time and we will be back!

   Upon my second visit to Seito Sushi, I was pleased to find that my initial impression remained unchanged. The cuisine and beverages were truly exceptional. The service was also commendable.
