    We love Seito! It’s our go to when we are in the area. Corey and Suzy were excellent servers - great recommendations, attentive, understood our picky eaters without judgement and kept the dishes coming! Food quality is always impeccable and my new fav are the lobster dumplings- yum! Definitely will be back for more!

    Consistently been the absolute best in town for many years. This location has been even before they started in Baldwin Park and they’ve maintained their high product quality. Highly recommend !!!

    The server took our order and we didn’t see her until she brought us the check. We would have ordered some more drinks and a water refill would have been nice. The food was good, but unfortunately the service ruined the experience.

    Yellowtail Crudo and Bluefin Tasting were a must. Truffle miso was also very good and not overpowering on the truffle. Really like the ultimate spicy tuna roll too. Garlic and lime Edamame probably had too much garlic for me - I still had garlic breath (after brushing twice) the next morning.
