Yellowtail Crudo and Bluefin Tasting were a must. Truffle miso was also very good and not overpowering on the truffle. Really like the ultimate spicy tuna roll too. Garlic and lime Edamame probably had too much garlic for me - I still had garlic breath (after brushing twice) the next morning.

Awesome service, food and experience! Our waitress was helpful and suggested many items. We went with the Trilogy and Si señorita margaritas.

Seito is a beautiful restaurant with both the atmosphere and decor, as well as the entirety of their menu. All appetizers were tasteful, unique, and delicious. Their sushi is remarkable, standing amongst some of the best i’ve had.

Incredible sushi meal! A bit on the foodie side so maybe not for everyone but if you are an adventurous eater, you need to go! Some of the best sushi rolls I’ve had. Can’t wait to return! Thanks for having a gluten free menu.
