Fabulous, as usual! The food was outstanding. The service (Jacob was our waiter) was phenomenal. A lovely place to eat! Thank you, 52 Seasons, for another wonderful dining experience!
We went to Season 52 for my wife's pre birthday dinner. Where we met by the most amazing young waiter we've ever encountered by the name of Aaron. He took tremendous care of us throughout our dining experience. Catering to our every whim. He topped the evening off with a signed B'day card from 8-9 members of the staff that was personally addressed to my wife along with a beautiful long stem rose. We were both quite impressed not only by the great food, dessert, and ambience at Season 52, but mostly by Aaron and his fantastic demeanor and attention to detail as a waiter. He was absolutely gracious, knowledgeable, and most entertaining. The guy had a joke or two. My wife commented to me that she had an amazing time and that this was now her new favorite place to dine. Kudo's to Season 52 and of course "The Amazing Aaron"! God Bless
Seasons52 is a wonderful restaurant. We dine here often and are always pleased with the food and service. Our waiter, Samuel, was great. The only complaint I have about Seasons52 is the LOUD music in the bathroom. I can't understand why management feels the need to have such loud music in the bathroom!
Lovely quiet delicious business lunch.
Steve the manager was very welcoming. The food was amazing and all of my dietary needs were met.
I just found out that two people in our party asked for spinach instead of the vegetable of the day. We were charged $4.00 for each order. Not good
Ambience is a little too dark - great food
Server was pleasant and competent, but very slow in taking our order and taking our payment. This was despite few customers at the time (Sunday afternoon). Otherwise everything was great - food choices and quality, ambiance, noise level.
Nice and quiet during lunch hrs. Nice place to take care of business while getting something nice to eat.
Excellent food and service
Always good healthy options at a great value at Seasons 52!
Great place for a quite evening with friends or just your significant other. Great bar and bar bites, too.
We arrived at 9:14 pm and the restaurant was almost deserted! After we ordered, we noticed that staff were leaving, the bartender, the hostess, some waiters, regardless of the presence of customers. Pitiful!
They made my birthday so memorable & truly special! From the specialized desserts to complimentary champagne to the signed birthday card!
I'm truly impressed!
Food is average and bland
Came here for a business lunch. Service was outstanding and had a nice quiet place to talk.
On 2/16/2020, I used the Application for a 9:00 pm special occasion dinner, the kitchen and seating for the restaurant wasn't available but the open table gave us the approval that the seats and dinner date were available, When we arrived we learned different that put a real damper on our special day, not understanding why this happens with a placement or arrangement agency that labors with each other for positive business consumers.
This was the first time we had a bad experience at Seasons52 out of many visits over the years. After we enjoyed our flatbread, things went downhill quickly. Our order was taken, which included soup/salad and our entrees. Our entrees were served before our soup/salad, so we sent it back. A few minutes later, our soup/salad was served, and before we even made a dent in that, the server came back with our entrees. Manager told them to cook us fresh entrees, but my husband’s trout was dry and inedible. My entree was a little dry, but I could eat it.
Service and ambiance was great, but I would not rate the food as among the best in houston. But it was good enough that I would go back.
Waited over an hour after my reservation time to be seated. When it was time to order multiple menu items were sold out
I went for Valentine's day and it was very crowded but nevertheless I thought since I made reservations we was going to ok. We still indeeded up having to a hour and half just to be seated. Our reservations was for 9pm. We showed up at 8:45.
30 minutes wait even with advanced reservation and poor quality food.
The service was below per level.
I was seated almost an hour after my reservation. The food had no taste to it.
I usually like seasons 52, but will never go on a holiday/occasion again. I went on Valentine’s Day and the food was all dry, service was terrible, and everything took an incredibly long time. If you go, be sure to go during quieter times.
Valentines day, they we’re over book, we had reservation, but still had to wait 45 minutes. They put us in an room that was made up it wasn’t to romantic at all. We was very disappointed , but made the best of it.The food was amazing, but I want come back on special days.
Friday night, Valentine's day, the management let everyone down. Looked like they were short waiters, valets and the "reservations " were running 45-60 minutes behind. It was kind of a logistical mess.
They were a little overwelmed for valentines, however they made up for it with an outstanding experience!
Delicious food and great service!
We dined at Seasons 52 for Valentine’s Day after winning a gift card, and the experience was interesting...they were understaffed in the host stand, the wait staff and the valet
Very good food and great service. It was Valentines and they were very busy but kept up with the crowd with no problem as even the managers pitched in to help service the tables. Friendly staff too.
Food is of premier quality, fresh, right temperature , well seasoned. Staff is so positive and intuitive: really seem to like what they do and enjoy their clients. Love the ambiance and ability to hear one another at the table!
My first time here. I really liked it. Food was great and service was outstanding
We had a great time
Valentines and Anniversary
Service was great; food was pretty good; nice ambiance - easy to have a conversation with a friend
Exceptional and attentive service.
Always do a great job. Fantastic food and exceptional service. Highly recommend!
Greeter and seater need to read reservation before delaying a frequent diner seating.
We enjoyed the whole evening. Staff was attentive and courteous. Minimal wait for seating with reservations . Cocktail was great. Manhattan served up. Food was great and cooked perfectly. Loved the little dessert samplers, the perfect size. Would go back. There were at least 3 different things I would order next time
Tried the Seabass and it was amazing just the right texture. Sesame glaze was on point
Great place, outstanding service and delicious food. They gave a free dessert, a bday card signed by all staffs and a rose for my mom's 70th bday. This restaurant chain is 1 of my favs!
