The menu changes with the season to feature ingredients at their peak, from whole produce that arrives and is kept 100% fresh, never frozen, to carefully sourced meats and pristine seafood. Polite staff, good service and great food options. UTC has two hour free parking. There are quite a few outdoor tables (with heaters).

We received nothing but great service. The food was outstanding, some of the best food I’ve had in a very long time. The drinks were amazing as well. The atmosphere was very nice and quiet, a little dark but it was easy to see. We didn’t wait long for our food and our waitress Deena was extremely nice and attentive. The hostesses were very welcoming and on top of everything. I will 100% be coming back.

Flatware dirty, lobster was cold when delivered to table. Waitress was absent for long periods of time. Not the experience we’ve had here before…seems as if the quality has deteriorated.

Usually our experience here is quite good. Tonight, week not so much. For the first time I felt as if the food was microwaved. The rice pilaf was sticky and gummy, the sea bass chewy. Not good. Saving grace was the excellent server and the wine pairings she suggested.

Not 5 stars because the restaurant ran out of the one item we wanted. Then the steak came out totally wrong. First time ever having this experience here. Always the best food.

Excellent service with two mistakes. Forget my Birthday even though that was selected in the Open Table reservation. Second server was misinformed on parking validation. Free for two hours server said he could give me two more with validation for a total of four. In fact when I pulled out of lot I had to pay for parking over two hours. Minor audibles side, food was excellent and reasonably priced for the quality of the food served.

If I could have done it again, I would have ordered a large bowl of Lobster bisque and a double side of just scallops. Rose Lemonade was so so, brussel sprouts were verging on your moms before we knew how great we could make them. Risotto had way too much parsley, enough to create the worse first date smile ever. And the macaroni was bland. I did remember that at one point when I was being socially bullied into a diet, I googled healthy restaurants and Seasons was on the list. So I guess if you are trying to count calories while dining on gourmet food, this is for you. But when I go out I want flavorful food. Good luck! 🥸

We were shopping for food and venue for a future event. We ordered the pesto chicken and fresh mozzarella & Roasted tomato flatbreads, the mushroom bisque and butternut squash soup. The wood grilled pork chop was the best we’ve had. The wood grilled filet mignon. The golden beet salad our server Deena suggested was amazing. The caramel used grilled sea scallops melts in your mouth. Cute and tasty individual desserts. I believe it was the general manager who stopped by at our table to ask how’s everything. The ambiance was cozy and warm and our server, Deena was attentive and quick. We booked our event.

1st timers, came as local & good OT score & reviews.

Food ok, but very corporate. Even the desserts shown to you all in PLASTIC models, like in meals in Japantown.

Decent everything, not bad, not great or especially yummy or homemade quality. Corporate.

Prices very fair.

We went hear for our anniversary, and they made it so special! They gave us a card and wished us a happy anniversary as we were entering and exiting and also sent over 2 glasses of champagne. The food was excellent as well. We did the restaurant week menu, and my filet was cooked perfectly. I also definitely recommend the coconut cream pie dessert shooter. It was my favorite of all of them!

We had a service dog in training, we had requested an outdoor table because of that fact.Our dog was thirsty and was trying to tell us. That was the only time she moved from under the table. The floor manager felt he had the right to be condescending and tell us that service animals have to stay under the table.
Overall the food was blah, I ordered the Maui salad, it was extremely overdressed. Extremely sweet to the point of unedible. My husband ordered the butternut squash soup it was lacking flavor. His filet mignon was acceptable but nothing to rave about. Our waiter was nice, but overly busy. I suffer from awful migraines and just my luck, one hit during dinner time. It took forever to get the dessert and the check. I had to walk out with my son and my dog while my husband waited for the check and his dessert.
There was a party going on, and it was extremely loud and crowded.
Honestly I wouldn’t recommend, the food and the experience were not up to par for the price you pay. If you’re looking for a healthy place with fresh ingredients, check out True Foods.

Table was ready on time and seated. The restaurant was extremely busy so service was very slow. I am sure Restaurant Week had something to do with the service. Our drink order took over 20 minutes to receive. Once received the before dinner cocktails were large portions and excellent. Our server was very pleasant and informed us that they were short on staff and apologized for the slow service.. Our party did not order the Restaurant Week specials. Our party of 4 ordered, salads, Scallops, Salmon and Sea Bass. The salads were large and well presented. The entrees were excellent and well worth the wait. The Seasons 52 establishment is highly recommended.

I chose this restaurant due to its proximity to UCSD and Yelp reviews. I was having dinner with my daughter who I just dropped off at USDA a week ago for her sophomore year. I was very excited to see her and spend some time with her. An older gentleman (maybe the floor manager) wearing jeans and a checkered red/ pinkish long-sleeve button-up shirt was picking up dishes at the end of the tables of patrons that finished their food. I placed my empathy dishes and he did not pick up my dinner plates. He looked right at me, down at my empty plates looked back at me (we made eye contact the whole time), and walked right past us. He did the same thing to an Indian family seating slightly behind us. This older gentleman may not be aware the UCSD is made of a diverse student population. And the possibility of Non-Caucasians dining at Season 52 is highly possible. His micro- aggression made me feel unwelcomed. And I will re-think my dining choices when visiting my daughter. Luckily our server Ashley M was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. Additionally, the young lady (I think Filipino) that brought out our food was also super friendly professional, and attentive.

Went on the first day of San Diego Rest Week. Have to ask for their special menu. Little bit of a wait to get service as they are probably short on help still. I had the beet salad, filet mignon medium rare--perfect. Husband had the 8oz medium -- little dry and overdone for him but he was afraid medium rare would be too rare. Dessert was delicious, Chocolate Smore. Molly was very nice and attentive. Will be back soon.
