    We eat here fairly often and it is always lovely. Last night we were seated all the way in the back right corner. Our server was a very kind gentleman but our actual service was terrible. We got our first course before our drinks, never received water and our silverware, napkins and pelligrino arrived after our flat bread which we will be kind and can call extra crispy. From that point on we felt like we had to flag someone down to get any service. Our next two courses were delicious but took an exceptional amount of time in between each. We always enjoy the beautiful desserts seasons is known for but after sitting over two hours we just couldn’t sit anymore. We waited 20 minutes for our plates to be cleared and for a check. At this point we were standing up. Many servers saw us but just continued on with their work. I finally went up to the hostess stand to ask for a manager but no one was at the hostess stand. A lovely blonde waitress said she would help us and send a manager over to our table but no one ever came. About another ten/ 15 minutes later our waiter came back. Didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert so we just paid our bill and left. We count on seasons to be a consistent beautiful Saturday night date night out for us and last night was the polar opposite of that. To be sitting for over two hours and not make it to dessert seems like an awful long time to us. We will continue to come because the food is delicious but when a server is having a bad night there should be someone else to back him up. Also the rest of the staff shouldn’t look away when they can clearly see that there is a problem. I’m not sure why the hostess stand was empty or why there was no manager. Very disappointing.     Our service person Cathyann N was amazing. She definitely has a great attitude explaining to us everything we asked for and met our expectations. She was very professional and helpful the entire dinner with spend at the restaurant. She is really great asset to Seasons 52 restaurant.

    Slow for the server to come to our table. Food delivery was fast. Pork chop was not terrific. Trout was good as usual Mediterranean chicken salad was good. Restaurant needs to be refurbished !!

    My friends and I frequent Season’s very often. We love seating in a large comfortable booth in the Lounge area while enjoying Season’s great Happy Hour! Our servers are always welcoming, professional and helpful. We are never rushed and this gives us the opportunity to visit and catch up in a delightful atmosphere. The wines and cocktails are great s well as the variety of flat breads. We often continue and order dinner entrees which are always seasonally fresh delicious! Our true neighborhood gem!

    Season’s never disappoints. The Lounge area is a oerfect place for Happy Hour and meeting friends. Serve is always great, never rushed and lends itself to a delightful, relaxing time with friends. A true neighborhood gem but well worth a drive from wherever!
