Seasons 52 - Palm Beach Gardens Ratings and Reviews
Our favorite for creative and healthy dishes that are superbly delicious. All served up with pleasant, efficient service and we like our hot food hot. Wonderful 3 course Valentine Day dinner that was outstanding. This is our fav whenever we roll into town. Right on the waterway too!
The menu is interesting and varied w/reasonable pricing. The atmosphere is comfortable with
a floor plan to allow roomy seating with no one encrouching on your space.
Service the the best: attentive but not intrusive. Our server was very effective with the several requests we made. More importantly, she maintained her friendly and concerned attitued throughout.
Loved the place and ate outside with a beautiful view. Be careful when ordering gluten free, our waitress was not familiar with gluten and brought us food with breadcrumbs on it after we asked for gluten free. We didn't realize it until after we ate some of the food. She was polite and replaced the food. Not good for someone who has celiac disease.
We love sitting by the water and enjoying the sun in the outdoor section of the restaurant. The food is good, especially their signature flatbreads, and the menu offers enough diversity that everyone can find something they like.
The service was spotty. Check in was complicated by the fact that both people checking people in for their reservations were on the phone and neither made any move to get off to deal with the backlog. Then a third person standing nearby took notice of us and asked if we'd already checked in. She was not eager to help. The restaurant should understand that this is an important first impression. Hosts and hostesses should greet guests with a smile and convey a sense that they are eager and happy to welcome them.
The waitress got a few things wrong but offered on her own to give us desserts on the house. We appreciated that. Unfortunately, she also forgot to return my credit card which necessitated my returning to the restaurant to retrieve it--thank goodness I discovered the issue soon after leaving!
Seasons was my favorite restaurant. Something has changed. New reduced selection menu. New chief? Food not as good. Formerly whole grilled carrots , for example, now a few chunks. Pears in salad now are quartered and include pits. My date sent back meal as too salty.
During the winter season this restaurant is very busy from early to later into the evening. As mentioned in my previous review three years ago, this is a wonderful restaurant for a low calorie dinner. They have a perfect bar area with a classy atmosphere along with piano music in the back ground. There outdoor dining is along the intra-coastal which is lovely. They will not take reservations for outdoor dining.
We had reservations at 6pm and we were seated immediately on a Friday evening. We started off with cocktails and appetizers. The salads came to the table without a problem, but they never brought out the crab cakes. When the waiter realized that our entrée's had already arrived, he provided the crab cakes on the house. I had the grilled plank salmon which was excellent. Everyone else enjoyed their entrée's also.
We ordered coffee and desert wine. The desert wine was not what we ordered, so he gave the wrong one to us for free along with the correct desert wine. Although there were two mishaps, they were very professional about it.
We eat at Seasons 52 regularly. The flatbreads are unrivaled. Great wine selection. Healthy cooking. This time, however, our waitress was subpar and the valet parking was a nightmare--so bad it will take us some time to return. I think the restaurant has over advertised or offered so many deals, they cannot handle the influx of patrons.
It was a comedy of errors. If it could go wrong it did go wrong. The waitress was inattentive and took forever to refill our drinks, the food came out raw, and then the waitress dumped a pitcher of water in my wife’s Jimmy Choo shoes. And then nonchalantly said, “oh I’m sorry.“ Thankfully the manager took care of our entire bill, as she should have.
With food allergies, called 2x ahead to be sure about green vegetables being steamed.
Did NOT have what they said they would...everything was marinated......soooo disappointed.
Waited an hour and 15 mi utes for broccoli steamed and husbands chicken platter.....awful, awful, awful....would NOT go back......would. It recommend.

Always enjoy during our Palm Beach Shores holiday. Intracoastal waterway view of sunset special perk. Delicious trout and happy hour small plates just the tip of the iceberg. Everything fresh, delicious, nutritious with exquisite service. We will be back very soon.
The filet was overdone and our server was terrific! We did not want to speak up but he saw & insisted on bringing another .
He knew it was my birthday and gave a nice dessert with a candle as well
As taking 2 photos of us! He then gave us 2framed pictures of us!
Thank you for a special night
This was a birthday celebration - great ambience - sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful day. Ordered off the brunch menu - French toast and frittata - both delicious. Excellent service - wait staff could not have been more attentive - a wonderful brunch experience!
It's hard to do, but this huge venue manages to keep great food super consistant. Whether it be a quiet night in off-season August, or a Saturday night in high season.... You will seldom find such sophisticated, healthy, unique tastes... great bar, happy hour is one of the best on PGA! Staff trained right...always a smile present.
I made a 6:30pm reservation and wasn’t seated until almost 7:00. Waited for our waitress and finally came for drink order. Another table, seated after us, got their drinks and appetizer before we got our drinks. I realize that it was a busy night but this was unacceptable. At least come by and acknowledge that you’re there. Food was very good so that’s why this gets a rating over 2 stars.
Had a 6:30 reservation. Every 10 minutes were told "a few more moments." Finally seated at 7:10. Were then notified the small plate menu was not available after 7. If the hostess says "a few more moments" don't believe it. Complimentary flatbreads were an appropriate offset to the wait. However, rest of the meal arrived cold. It could have been an off night as have been here before and everything was fine. Takeaway is if the house is backed up and busy, be wary.
This has become one of our Go-To places. Being able to reserve a table is a real plus. We enjoy the quiet ambience, although we heard that the Happy Hour Piano Player is toast. Too bad. It was a nice touch. The service has always been good and the quality of the food is good. For a chan restaurant, they do a good job.
Our first visit and it was lovely. For some reason, our table had been taken; we were offered the choice of eating in the private dining room or outdoors. Since it was a nice evening, we sat outdoors on the water.
Good drinks (very good wine list) and excellent food.
