Very surprised with how much Seasons 52 declined overall. We dined in their outdoor tent, which was awful. Cafeteria style dining experience. Cannot compare this set up to any other restaurant with outdoor setting.
Plastic chairs, cheap flimsy tables, dirty dishes and food mess left behind by departed diners. Heater broken, which made it very cold and uncomfortable. Nearby table was never cleaned which was simply disgusting. Food court ambiance is probably better at this point.
Food was not prepared as ordered.
Very disappointed. Won’t come back.
Service was great. Outdoor area was a bit cold though.
Our server Stacey was wonderful and gave us her recommendations on flat bread and main entree’s (we asked her).. we weren’t disappointed; very good!
Food needs more seasoning. But the presentation is excellent!
Good health food, good service, nice setting, I will go again.
Restaurant week was the reason. Salmon salad was scrumptious. Chris was an outstanding server. It was a very pleasant experience.
Birthday celebration. The only change I would make is a free mini dessert for the birthday person. A candle in a silver cup of sugar was underwhelming.
Waitress was very attentive and patient. Food was delicious. Even the Flatbread on the kids menu was delicious, I couldn't stop nibbling on my son's pizza Flatbread.
Easy to make reservations. Only waited a few minutes to be seated. Everyone enjoyed their food. Sat in the back which is quieter and lent itself to conversation
Overall, We were all pretty disappointed with our meal and service. I ordered a salmon Caesar salad and the salmon came out on a plate at least 15 minutes before my salad, which I had to ask for. Then, once my salad came, the dressing wasn’t even tossed in the lettuce...very unappealing! I never received my soup and told them I didn’t want it but they brought it anyway. This experience was not the caliber of dining I’ve received from Season’s 52 in the past!!
Our waiter/sever Corey was awesome! He deserves a raise. So much personality and extremely attentive to our needs..
Our server was a doll! We were there to celebrate our sorority anniversary with people we had not seen in over a year due to COVID. Our server was so sweet, patient and allowed us to really have an enjoyable time. In fact, we closed our check, kept talking and opened a new one for more enjoyment! Thank you for the fun.
It was not as good as I thought it would be. My waitress only came over to the table once which was to take the order. Someone else brought it out. My food was dry. I tried to get a waiter to get me some butter or something but no one came back to our table. I would like to give it another try but I’m not sure if I want to waste my money or not.
We really enjoyed drinks, apps and dinner. Our one dessert did not seem fresh. Would recommend and I will return but next time will send back dessert if it’s not fresh.
Food was not up to pre pandemic standards. Outside setup was good but servers were clearly strained.
Food was dry and overcooked. Not our usual experience and expectation from Seasons 52.
We were ushered upstairs to an area used for private parties without being advised beforehand . The area can best be described as the children’s table. It was full of families and babies. The ambiance and light reflected this.
We were 4 adults looking forward to a fun lively evening.
We have previously booked this restaurant and were always in the main dining room.
Additionally , the service was poor - we had to request silverware and napkins after our meal arrived.
All in all, a very disappointing evening .
Very nice place. Drinks are expensive and portions are smaller but food always is fresh and tastes great.
Our server was excellent! She was friendly and efficient and a pleasure to have wait on us. The food was excellent, especially the caramelized grilled Sea Scallops on mascarpone risotto. The desserts are a perfect size and great ending to a wonderful dinner. We loved this place and will definitely be back.
Exceptional food. Meal service was a bit slow(just over 2 hours from start to finish with a 45 min wait on entrees) and service left a bit to be desired but the food was exceptional and the staff was very friendly. I chalk this up to the recent influx of people dining out and it being a Saturday night - plus the additional seating outdoors with the tent putting a bit more pressure on the kitchen as well. Will absolutely return, exceptional food and a very good overall experience.
First experience. Service very fast and welcoming.
Very nice meal with the family. Worth the money
Thoroughly enjoyed lump crab cake appetizer, spinach & strawberry salad & main course of Chilean Sea bass.
Menu needs an update the place itself is nice but I’ll never go back
Great Easter brunch with friends. Service was overworked but he made sure we had a fantastic experience! The food was really good. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Drinks and desserts were excellent
Food and service were great
We enjoyed our everything
30th Birthday dinner for our son.
I was very happy that they now have a Lunch menu. The menu provides good options. The service was excellent.
Great meal as usual. We are never disappointed when we dine here. Looking forward to our next visit.
The table I was at was in direct line with the AC vents. I had a cold draft blowing on me the whole time. Only the tables were affected. It didn’t work for us to be in a booth.
Good food and customer service. Will return soon.
Wifey loved it everything was great!
Experience was great! Would definitely dine there again.
Food was ok. Service was excellent
Stuffed mushrooms were delicious. Salmon was good. Steak was done perfectly. The open kitchen was super loud. A woman was unloading trays from a high cart and she was just throwing them on the counter which was very obnoxious. Server was very polite and stayed consistent w refilling our drinks frequently!!!
Server was very friendly and efficient; she kindly honored a coupon I had received during the pandemic, and also gave us complimentary desserts for our birthdays. There were a fair number of people in the restaurant, which was nice to see, but I did not feel that my safety was compromised. The server didn't rush us at all which was nice - my friend and I had not seen each other in person in about six months, so we were catching up. Shared the buffalo cauliflower flatbread (two of us had two pieces leftover). I had shrimp and grits; my friend had fish tacos. Both were very fresh and tasty. Portions were also nice.
Great place even during pandemic. Booths were nice private and the food was very good! Waitress was great! Definitely a place to go back to!
Food: amazing
Price: fair considering quality
Portion: large but not excessive
Environment: choice 😎
Food and service excellent
