   This is usually our go to place but was highly disappointed last night. Even with a reservation, had to wait. Then were schlepped to the second floor which was half presentable half not. The noise was unbearable. The waiter while lovely got dessert and drinks wrong. The table was close to one with loud kids, no tablecloth, and sticky surface. I understand that it’s a busy time of year, but I felt we were placed in the basement and forgotten. Very disappointed.

   Seasons 52 never disappoints. Always had a great experience and the food & drinks are always great.

   The food and staff are great but management of reservations is poor. Checked in at 7:25 for a 7:30 reservation. Received a text at 8:05 that our table was ready. Ended up eating at the bar. It would be helpful if you told your guests that reservations were running behind

   Very nice experience. Loved the Mothers Day photo op with the mimosas! Our server was nice and knowledgeable. Food and dessert was excellent. Only negative thing i could say is we did wait a little while to get seated and for our food but that was probably because it was a holiday. Also it would've been nice to be asked if being seated upstairs was okay ahead of time since i was with my parents who are older and cant do steps well.

   We had a reservation for 2:45 and we’re seated at 3:05 which was reasonable considering how busy it was for Mother’s Day. Our soups came out quickly, but our entrees didn’t come for over an hour after we were seated. Our server forgot to tell the bartender that my MIL’s drink was supposed to be a “virgin” and it had to be remade. Our server never told us about the Mother’s Day Specials….we only overheard another server telling a different table about them way after we had already ordered our food. We were sitting under a ceiling tile filled with black mold. When one of the servers was removing the plates he dropped a knife covered in butter onto my son’s lap staining his pants. Our food was very tasty, but the experience was definitely not great.

   Went on Mother’s Day. Very crowded but we were sat fairly close to reservation time We sat in a. Booth in bar area. Not too noisy for a full house. Our server was very attentive (especially for the busy day!!). Food and drinks were all wonderful. We had Sea Bass, Salmon, Shrimp skewers, loaded baby potatoes, 4 different mini desserts. Only complaint was there was not enough choices for salad dressing. We will go again for sure.

   I know it was a busy Mother's Day, but cold quiche with congealed hollandaise sauce is unacceptable. Our server, Liam, was terrific, offering an alternative, but after waiting an hour for our food and with seven others already eating, our family member respectfully declined. The manager did apologize, but when the check came, the meal wasn't comped. Chances of returning.....very slim.

   I made this reservation for 4 people + 1 baby, and since the baby did not require a high chair I did not make the reservation for 5 people but made a note in the reservation request about the baby. Even when I was called to confirm the reservation I mentioned it was for 4 + 1 baby, and upon arrival my family was treated rudely, the host claimed we should have made the reservation for 5 and we were seated in the bar area at a booth instead of at a table, so there was not room to put the stroller next to the table. My family has been going to Seasons 52 for several years, and this was a different experience than what we’ve usually had. I would have appreciated better communication ahead of time if the reservation needed to be updated to 5.

    Serve was great. Food was great! Didn’t feel rushed.
