Food was acceptable. Wouldn’t come back to try anything else. Service was not good at all. We were underwhelmed by the entire experience.
Seasons was quite busy for a Tuesday night. We had a reservation & were seated promptly. However there were not enough servers working, so service at first was slow.
Our server was very good- admin needs to schedule more servers.
Great menu, great food! Perfect meeting spot for friends or colleagues.
We sat at the bar. The piano player was great, and the service was extremely efficient. We enjoyed all parts of our meal and will return soon.
Great food selection from appetizers to main course and dessert. Front of house services was great and our server Orlando was very attentive
WE have been going there several times a year for more than 5 years While the service and ambience are good, the consistency and quality of the food seems to have regressed.
Three of us meet at the restaurant every other month for great food, laughs, conversation and fabulous drinks.
The food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was perfect. This is the second time we have had our company management dinner there. Highly recommend!
We had the tuna tartare, scallops and salmon at the bar - all were excellent. The performer was Joshua Howard who we thoroughly enjoyed and was perfect to bring the ambience.. We will recommend!
Awesome, healthy food that’s super high quality. Great bar area with live music. Too many yummy items on the menu to just pick one.
Great birthday lunch for my sister. The bbq chicken salad is always a favorite. The birthday girl got a free dessert so we all had to join her...delicious!
Fine, enjoyed it very much.
Our server Dominic(?) was awesome. Attentive and helpful.
Outstanding service and an overall excellent dining experience for any occasion. The variety on the seasonally changing menu and food quality makes Seasons 52 a regular stop when in the King of Prussia area.
Nothing went right. Strange. Have eaten there many times and always enjoyed it
Dinner was excellent! We sat in the lounge and they had a performer, her name was Emily Farrell and she was amazing! She was singing and playing the piano at the bar. Definitely a place to frequent! Our server was also great, she had a lot of tables but always made us feel well taken care of.
Our waitress was very good and pleasant. We had a large group and were tucked in the corner at a round table which was nice. The restaurant was packed. We were very dissatisfied with most of the food. For the price we expected so much more! We will not return.
Perfect for date night!!
Food was great! Service was great!
New year's day was quieter than usual in the main dining room. Service was pleasant, our various hot entrees and salad entrees were ample and liked by all. Soups were lobster bisque and tomato cheddar and were delicious. The desserts were scrumptious.
Typically we visit without reservations and take what is available or gladly sit at the bar area.
At New Year’s Eve It is no surprise reservations are required. Reservation for 9:15 PM first available. Waited less than 20 minutes to be seated not so bad considering it was New Year’s Eve.
Ironically, we were seated at the bar area. Not a problem seem to be less ambient noise then dining room we were happy with our location. I like live music, it is always a plus!
Shared appetizer was ok
Kona lamb was recommend it as the evening special.
It was so salty I was unable to eat it.
My dinner companions were completing their meal, and believe that New Year’s Eve was not the time or place to report an issue. kept my comments to myself.
The top issue is this; before meal completed and an offer could be made for coffee or dessert the PA system came on and informed us restaurant was closing in 20 minutes complete our drinks and meal and please leave.
I have never experienced anything like that.
Especially when the reservation was for 9:15 PM.
So in conclusion, my wife and I may return as we have over the years for spur the moment dining. But I certainly will not recommend it to friends
Great NYE dinner, great service, efficiently run for a very busy evening
Fantastic New Year’s Eve dinner with friends.
Wonderful NewYears eve diner, excellent service and delicious dinners !
We had a very disappointing experience dining here on New Year's Eve. We have dined at various locations countless times & had a clear expectation based on past experiences. We were 5 at 7:15, arrived 25 minutes early. 15 minutes in we were taken upstairs. As there were no tables available we came downstairs, waited another 25 minutes, then upstairs again. The room was bright, loud, and overcrowded. There was no ambiance, very unlike the normal downstairs area. The feeling was that of a crowded cafeteria.
They seated us at a table by the entrance. When guests or wait staff walked by they bumped our chairs as it was so tight in the room. My daughter's chair backed up to what looked like a storage closet. The chairs were clear plastic and very small, not the regular restaurant chairs. When we sat down we noticed the table was extremely wobbly. The waitress tried to fix it but to no avail, at which time the table next to us left so we asked if we could please be moved to that table. They accommodated us but were clearly not happy about it. This helped with the table but all the other issues remained.
Our server was friendly, overwhelmed, and unavailable. She stated they had 1000 reservations for the night. While we couldn't make the math work they were obviously overbooked.
We ordered appetizers & drinks. The appetizers came before the drinks. One appetizer was just barely warm. The entrees came before we finished the appetizers. My husband had to cancel his drink order as we had finished dinner before it arrived. All 4 steaks ordered were overcooked. We opted to skip dessert under the circumstances.
If this was our first experience we would not return, it will be some time before we do. I asked when confirming if anything would be different for the night and was told no. That was actually not the case and I should have been told about the banquet room seating and the overbooking. The bill for this one was painful given the poor experience.
We were lucky enough to get a table for 2 on short notice on New Year's Eve. Restaurant was very crowded but we were seated promptly for a 7:15 reservation. Server was attentive and helpful with our selections. Food, drinks, and dessert were all very good as usual and arrived quickly. Just one blemish on the evening - the server accidently dropped the dessert display on our table causing broken glass and a creamy mess on the table and floor. He made sure we were not hurt and quickly cleaned everything up with assistance from another server. I thought the manager would come over to see us, maybe offer to comp us for our trouble, but he/she did not and our bill was for the full amount (which we paid).
We enjoy dining at Season's 52 and this was our third year celebrating New Year's at the restaurant. Despite being busy, they honored our reservation and we were seated right away. We were disappointed by the service however. It seemed our waiter forgot about us half way through the meal and we joked if maybe he had left mid shift to go out and celebrate holiday. The food was O.K., I've had better meals from the restaurant in the past. My dining companion was disappointed with the scallops and the broccolini seemed cold. Who knows how long the meal was sitting in the kitchen waiting to be served before they finally brought it to us. The desserts are always a highlight and they did not disappoint.
New Year’s Eve.
Had a New Year's eve dinner. Excellent as usual. Enjoyed our waiter Josh
Had a reservation through OpenTable at 6:30. Got there at 6:35 and had to wait for 20 mins. Then they tried to seat us near the bar and not the main dining room, so we left. The OpenTable reservation was pointless.
Family outing for my birthday. I wanted something that would have a wide variety on the menu . Somewhere my picky teenagers and I could find something on the menu and be happy with. Seasons 52 is always excellent service and fresh well served foods. It was an excellent dining experience from apps to desserts.
Always love it there!!
We had a reservation but was very crowded.
We waited a while and then hostess said would you mind sitting at a booth in the bar. It was getting late so we said yes.
It was so very noisy and we waited quite a while to get waited on and the service was not what we always receive at our favorite restaurant.
Food is always delicious but the experience was not that good for the first time.
I guess because they wanted us to sit in the bar area.
We don’t drink so we probably should have said no to her.
Dinner with friends... everyone was extremely happy with every aspect of the meal. We will definitely be going back again.
Great meal, very healthy and tasty
Siegfried was a fantastic waiter. Very knowledgeable, engaging, respectful and accommodating.
Reservation was booked using 2000 Open Table Rewards which generated a $10 electronic value to apply to the final check at Seasons 52. When we presented it to the waiter he was unaware of the program and said they are no longer affiliated with Open Table. After insisting to look into it further the young lady who may have been the manager on duty said in a demeaning and condescending manner that what we had was simply a $10 electronic gift card that would be accepted “this time”. As you are aware, I indeed booked thru Open Table Rewards and had a choice of where to redeem the points and the value based on the restaurant and time slots selected. We chose Seasons 52 ($10 value) over Harvest Grill ($25 value for an 8:30 reservation) because it’s where my husband and son took me last year to celebrate my birthday which leads me to my next complaint.
There was no acknowledgement of the occasion. Last year I received a Seasony52 note card with a “Thank you for celebrating with us” note written inside, free dessert & a card/coupon for a complimentary Starter at a future visit. This time .... nothing ...... not even a simple birthday verbal acknowledgement.
I’ve been a patron of Seasons 52 since its opening for both personal occasions and business functions & I must say if last night was indicative of how loyal customers are treated, I’ll have to switch my loyalty to another establishment. Quite disappointing and honestly embarrassing.
We went on Christmas Eve and I would not recommend that. It was very crowded and people had to wait beyond their reservation time by at least 15 minutes. When we finally got taken to a table, it was impossible to get to the table for all the people. And if we had, we would have never seen a waiter. So the maitre d took us back to the front and found us a different table. The first table sat empty the whole time we were there. The waiter was excellent but we ordered a flatbread and entree salads only. The flatbread came out in about 10 minutes and was great but then it took another 40 minutes for our food. The kitchen had gotten backed up. The waiter apologized but by then, we were frustrated. It doesn't come off as a relaxing evening out on Christmas Eve.
Problems checking in, long waits, very crowded
We were seated 20 minutes after our reservations once seated our waiter took our order and that was the last time we saw him until I had to track him down to get my check he was apologizing to me but I was not interested in his apologies I think he was more interested in the larger. Parties then a party of two. This was not my first visit to Seasons 52 but it might be my last
