Large alcohol selection...relatively small beer selection. Somewhat limited food menu. Overall ambience, food, service was good. Would try again.
The food and service were excellent as usual, but we were disappointed in the table that we were seated at. We were a party of 2, and they seated us right in between 2 other tables for 2. Too close together. There were several booths open at the time, and when we asked to be seated at a booth, we were told that the only booths available were in the lounge. Later the open booths were seated with parties of 2. We had a reservation, just like I am assuming those other folks did, yet they got the booths and we got the crowded table area, even though we were there first, and we arrived on time for our reservation.
Joshua Howard is the real reason go to Seasons 52 almost weekly.
He is a tremendous talent and a very gracious entertainer.
The food is also great but we LOVE JOSHUA!
As always, we had a great meal. Sat upstairs which was a bit quieter. Our server, Kelly, was wonderful!
We got put on the 2nd floor and it was quiet. Waitress was fast and very polite. Food and drinks came out perfectly and everything tasted great. Really enjoyed the experience
The decibel level was excessive, not typical for this restaurant.
Great food and service. Always a good value. Will continue to eat there.
Not sure why I bothered to make a reservation?? And why did you ask what we were celebrating??? Got there 5 minutes early , the hostess said she had us all checked in and it would just be a few minutes......in my world 20 minutes is not a few., 16 people , who arrived after we did were seated before us this included a party of 2 who had no reservation and were taken straight to the lounge. Finally our hostess came back and said ok almost ready are you ok to sit in the lounge? Again .... why did I. Make a reservation. The waiter was pleasant but not very attentive. Brought the check before I could ask for a cup of coffee. He never mentioned our anniversary! Then I reached out directly to Seasons 52 and got no response at all.
Seasons 52 has a club you can join to collect points. However, there are many locations that do not participate in this program. This information is not listed on OpenTable. When a restaurant is a chain, consistency is important from food to service to the ability to collect points. $850 dinner at KOP Seasons 52 and this location does not participate in the Seasons 52 points program. If we had known ahead of time, we would have scheduled this dinner elsewhere.
Everything was delicious! Becca was wonderful, and she helped to make our anniversary so special! I hadn’t dined here in a few years, but will definitely be going back! The broccoli, bacon, and cheddar flatbread was great, definitely give it a try if you get the chance before it gets subbed out!
We had a 6:45 reservation and arrived at 6:30. Had to wait as we expected; were seated at almost 7 in upstairs hallway facing the servers station less than 3 ft away. The hallway was very cold and drafty, hence our food was cold before we were half-way done; the table of four next to us wore their coats thru the meal. Started with stuffed mushrooms which were mostly tasteless with hard little shrimp on top. Filets were good; mashed potatoes looked homemade but tasted like boxed or frozen ones. Needless to say we didn't stay for dessert.
Seasons 52 is a restaurant I really enjoy. Great atmosphere, service, and food!!
We had high expectations after a prior visit a few years back so my wife and I booked a table for a ‘day after Valentine’s Day’ date. We were sat promptly at our reservation time which was nice considering the restaurant appeared to be extremely busy. The service was timely but very bland. Our waitress went through the motions and hit her marks but there was nothing remarkable about her service. The most disappointing part of this visit was the food. The tuna tartare appetizer was good and an ample portion to split. Our entrees, however, were subpar. I ordered lamb (med-rare) and my wife the ordered sea bass. My lamb must have been sent back by another customer and sat under the heat lamp prior to me ordering it, as the dish it came in was extremely hot and the meat was beyond well done. The resulting dish was dry to the consistency of cardboard. The mashed potatoes it came with were also dried out most of the way through and the accompanying sauce had congealed into a solid mass. My wife’s dish was “fine” but not the dining experience expected from Seasons 52.
Based on our prior experience here we would probably give it another shot somewhere down the line. If the next experience in any way resembles our latest experience, we will scratch this restaurant from the list permanently.
Great service. Drinks were on point. Was a wonderful night out.
Valentine’s Day dinner. Very busy as expected but the service was polite and efficient. It was our first time there so we didn’t know much about the menu or portions. I had a crab cake appetizer and scallops entree. It was good, slightly below a top notch steakhouse. My husband had the double filet special and loved it. Wasn’t too much so no doggie bags. Room for the table side served desserts. Not too costly either. Overall nice, but not spectacular.
Delicious as always.
Valentin’s Day dinner with my wife. As always, food , service, ambiance and company were excellent. Wine list complimented the new Winter Menu very well.
Recommend Seasons 52 anytime!
We had a great Valentine’s Day dinner. While it was quite crowded, we were seated in a smaller, more intimate room. I started with lobster bisque and my fiancé had the roasted beet and goat cheese salad. Next she enjoyed the carmelized scallops while I enjoyed the filet. We each finished with a delicious mini dessert. Because our entrees were delayed, our waiter, Corey was very apologetic, and comped us with 2 glasses of Veuve Cliquot and our desserts, which was very generous. We will be back as we always enjoy their seasonal menus, wine selections, and gracious, professional service!
Came for Valentine’s Day. Wonderful meal.
We were extremely disappointed that they don’t serve bread or rolls. Restaurants comparable in price and ambience do include them.
I have been eating here for years. I have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and a good value. Love this restaurant.
This time we were celebrating my birthday at Seasons52. We arrived on time but we had to wait a bit to be seated although the salon had only one boot and one table occupied !
At the boot, we were served by a nice gentleman, BRAD(short for Bradley), prompt, attentive with a pleasant attitude. Every item from the dinner list we ordered was very good, EXCEPT ONE , THE SHORT RIB APPETIZER , IMPOSSIBLE EVEN TO CUT THE LITTLE PIECES OF MEAT; I think it should be taken out of the menu...Hopefully the Chef got the message.
The rest of the food was OUTSTANDING as were the drinks and the service. I received a card and a little sweet with a lit candle. THANKS !
Though one think never observed at this restaurant before , WAS THE DUST ON THE LAMPS, SHELFS AND THE DECORATING ITEMS...We addressed this thru our server, but were not approached by the manager who also was standing at the front desk together with two attendants who did not thank or wish us goodby when we left . As you see, we like Seasons52 but some changes happened in the management.
Thanks for your attention.
Our server seemed new. He did not get our drink correct. When we asked to have it correct (dietary issue). The food was perfect, except there was no melted butter for our lobster. The waiter gave us the bill too early. These may not seem important, but when there dietary restrictions the waiter needs to listen to our request.
I love the restaurant but every time we go there the food quality is drop tremendously. Last visit on February 9th was my little daughter birthday celebration and wanna to give a try. After the dinner was not satisfy but didn’t tell the waitress. The dinner for 2 ($52) was small portion. Salmon and steak was not well seasoned. Especially the steak was not fresh. The chicken was a little under cook (near to bone). The cocktails drink was l not taste enough alcohol. The only thing was good is service and clean. I wouldn’t recommend to friend.
This was our second visit to Seasons with our good friends an frequent dining partners. Food was quite good and each of us had something different so we had a selection from which to base our review. Service was excellent, pacing was perfect and never did they miss the opportunity to refresh beverages. Gets a bit noisy and the lounge singer doesn’t help the rising decibel level. Two negatives: website shows all the food options but not prices. No bread is offered.
Always delicious food and great customer service. The noise level was very loud but typically we sit in the bar area instead of the actual dining area. This place never disappoints.
Our food was so delicious and the seasonal menu was filled with great sounding dishes. Good wine, good cappuccino, and wonderful desserts.
Something in the food gave me a migraine; I’m allergic to preservatives, so it’s definitely not all natural. The servers were wonderful. The bathroom was filthy even after I informed a server about it, which professional food critics say indicates the cleanliness of the kitchen. The food was flavorful & nicely cooked. There were a lot of families there & a number of large parties, all seemingly happy. I’d probably eat there again, but not often.
Outstanding service! Food was very good, although their seasonal menu didn't seem to have enough variety or items I would have liked. Also, we ordered a la carte and the total cost was somewhat higher than we like. The 2 for 52 special was very limited vs. their other special value menus. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we look forward to returning when there is the next promotion.
Food and service were excellent. We sat at bar and ordered drinks and apps. Bartenders were very attentive! Loved singer playing the piano!! Great Friday night:)
My wife and I enjoyed a pleasant meal at Seasons 52. We were both dieting, and appreciated the calorie counts on the menu and the conservative servings. We shared the beet salad with goat cheese and balsamic. Our entrees were a tender lamb loin, and a really good boneless trout with mustard sauce and broccolini. The dishes are a bit simple, which is why I only gave 4 starts, but they were well prepared and enjoyed by both. Tasty, satisfying, and mostly guilt-free!
Delicious food great ambiance. We went for a birthday and it was such an enjoyable evening. Thank you seasons 52!
Pleasently surprised, good food, comfortable atmosphere and a talented piano singer. I will definitely be back.
The food and the service was excellent! I would absolutely dine here again.
My go to place!!
Just what I hoped it would be👍🏼
We had someone with an allergy and they cater very well fro people with allergy.
It was the worst experience ever at Seasons 52. Menu has changed and generally less gourmet. Service was slow and disinterested. Noise level was uncomfortable.
Overall it is a nice facility and the food was good. However, on a Saturday night it was very noisy and difficult to have a conversation over all of the noise. The servers also seemed stretched
