   Very nice experience. Loved the Mothers Day photo op with the mimosas! Our server was nice and knowledgeable. Food and dessert was excellent. Only negative thing i could say is we did wait a little while to get seated and for our food but that was probably because it was a holiday. Also it would've been nice to be asked if being seated upstairs was okay ahead of time since i was with my parents who are older and cant do steps well.

   We had a good time, our waitress was nice and the food was well prepared.

   We had a reservation for 2:45 and we’re seated at 3:05 which was reasonable considering how busy it was for Mother’s Day. Our soups came out quickly, but our entrees didn’t come for over an hour after we were seated. Our server forgot to tell the bartender that my MIL’s drink was supposed to be a “virgin” and it had to be remade. Our server never told us about the Mother’s Day Specials….we only overheard another server telling a different table about them way after we had already ordered our food. We were sitting under a ceiling tile filled with black mold. When one of the servers was removing the plates he dropped a knife covered in butter onto my son’s lap staining his pants. Our food was very tasty, but the experience was definitely not great.

   I know it was a busy Mother's Day, but cold quiche with congealed hollandaise sauce is unacceptable. Our server, Liam, was terrific, offering an alternative, but after waiting an hour for our food and with seven others already eating, our family member respectfully declined. The manager did apologize, but when the check came, the meal wasn't comped. Chances of returning.....very slim.

   I made this reservation for 4 people + 1 baby, and since the baby did not require a high chair I did not make the reservation for 5 people but made a note in the reservation request about the baby. Even when I was called to confirm the reservation I mentioned it was for 4 + 1 baby, and upon arrival my family was treated rudely, the host claimed we should have made the reservation for 5 and we were seated in the bar area at a booth instead of at a table, so there was not room to put the stroller next to the table. My family has been going to Seasons 52 for several years, and this was a different experience than what we’ve usually had. I would have appreciated better communication ahead of time if the reservation needed to be updated to 5.

   Food was good overall, however we had someone with celiac in our party and the restaurant served lavash that was not gluten-free but said that it was…. It was made very clear when we ordered that he had a gluten allergy. When we notified our server she was very concerned and assured us that the manager (James) would come to check on us. Crickets!! He never came to our table during our meal and when we asked again on our way out we were told that he was on a call and we needed to wait until he was available. At that point we left. They need to understand that an allergic reaction to gluten is not immediate & often affects people with celiac 2-3 hours later. The fact that it was not “life threatening” or immediate does not make it any less serious. This is terrible customer service! We’ve lost all faith in their attention to food allergies…

   We have been to seasons 52, in this location, for more special occasions than you can count including mother's day, birthdays, and anniversaries. This time the filet mignons were totally over cooked, arrived brown through and through, which was definitely not what we requested. You could just see that the cook staff weren't excited about being there late and didn't attend to the food prep while trying to get out. I'm hoping it's the outlier and next time we'll go back to the usual quality. Service was immaculate as always, and staff accommodated our usual table request (once asked to read the reservation again after heading in the wrong direction). All in all still one of our favorites.

   We went on a Friday night at 7 PM. So we definitely expected it to be crowded. No complaint about that because of the date and time. However, it was incredibly loud; we were upstairs. Our server was very polite, but didn’t seem to know the menu very well. When we told him that three of the four of us have gluten and dairy allergies, he never thought to offer us the allergy-sensitive menu. My daughter recalled that there was one and went to the host stand and got it herself. Perhaps he was new? The food, as always, was fantastic.  we appreciate the healthy options!

   A very good evening with delicious food, good service and a nice atmosphere. The only negative is the noise level which was uncomfortable at times
