Under the direction of Executive Chef Alex Stanislaw, the Sea House serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails against a backdrop of swaying palms and gentle waves. Breakfast favorites include the Molokai Sweet Potato Frittata, Haleakala Pancake, and Homemade Macadamia Nut Cinnamon Roll. Additional signature dishes include the Macadamia Nut-Crusted Mahi Mahi, Poke Nachos, and “60 Second” Ceviche.

The waitress seemed in a hurry for us to place our order. She was very difficult to understand. We were seated right underneath a fan the entire time which made it feel like we were in a wind tunnel. My brother order the lobster. It was cold when he received it. My husband and my food came out lukewarm. Manger served meals and passed her arm in front of me to place the oder to the person to my left. Not only once but twice. Very noisy atmosphere. I love the Sea House but was very dissatisfied this time.

Waitress seemed in a hurry for me to decide what to order. It was dark so I couldn’t really see the menu to quickly decide. She pushed me to get the more expensive entree which did not state that it was cream based. She implied that I should know all lobster sauces are cream based. I could not eat it. Strangely a seafood dish with No lemon slice served with it and she did not check back so I couldn’t even ask for any so I could try to eat it. I would haveordered dessert and a second drink but she never came back. Understandably service on island is slow right now. The view here at sunset is spectacular but the very high prices for the dinner entrees are crazy. Be sure to go during their happy hour or maybe try breakfast or lunch.

This might be the most overrated restaurant on the island. Wine list subpar, dining room very tired looking, my dinner was undercooked and had to be cooked longer. For the money spent there are much nicer higher quality dinners to be had on Maui. This decision has alerted to me to the folly of following dining advice from Facebook group pages. Really disappointing.

We started with the poke nachos which were fresh abs yummy! For the entrée we had the filet and shrimp carbonara, both were great! The table side was mushrooms and they were great as well! The service was awesome and it’s right on the beach. Great value and great food.

Fantastic meal, great atmosphere seated outside with the sun setting. Good value, too (as far as Maui goes). Jennifer, our server, was excellent and the live music is always a nice touch.

The Sea House has a great location for watching the sunset at Napili Beach. Unfortunately, the dinner doesn’t measure up to the view. It is overpriced mediocre food with service that appeared to be understaffed and/or possibly not well-enough trained. The food was bland and the entire experience was disappointing. Maybe a non-dinner experience could be the way to go?

We have visited this restaurant for breakfast before . This was our first time we had dinner at the Sea House. Great location. The noise level was high only because of a group celebrating a birthday. We both ordered fish dishes which were delicious. We asked our server, April, for medium-rare and that is exactly what we got. Thank you April for taking care of us. Great experience team. Thank you

Incredible sunset throughout dinner (5:30 seating). Macadamia nut crusted fish (with salad and dessert) on early bird menu was fantastic. Flatiron steak and sides on Monday daily special was great other than steak was undercooked, ordered medium but was served rare.

I really enjoyed every single time at Sea House. Definitely recommend sitting by the bar or window table for the great view, order unique ceviche and calamari for appetizers. Oh yes, music, always life music, always so soulful and creating an atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We had the Early Bird special. Filet Mignon and Shrimp Scampi. Both were very good. Our waitress was outstanding!!!! We mentioned in our reservation that it is our Anniversary. The Host never said anything and our waitress never knew. The waitress was so apologetic and not happy that she wasn’t told. She brought us a complimentary piece of Cheesecake, which was delicious.

We went for the early bird special at 5:30. We eat here every time we come to Maui and this year drove from Kihei. It was worth the drive as always. Good portions at a great price and the view of Napili Bay at sunset is breathtaking.

Sea House is a local for us, and also a place we have visited for many years. With their reopening after the fires it was good to be able to support our community. We ate at the bar as we love the sunset view from there. We started with coconut panko shrimp with a pineapple chilli sauce that was delicious. Then we each had mong chong for main but prepared differently and they were just right. Great veges with them as well and the flavors were excellent. Then ice cream pie for dessert ... like I needed it, but it was worth it. Our drinks were delicious as well, some nice cocktail options.

The best thing about the Sea House is, obviously, the ambience. We arrived before our 7:30 reservation to catch the sunset and they were able to get us a table without much delay, which we appreciated. We waited at the bar and had so-so cocktails (~$15 each). For the meal, we split our entree and salad for a $3 charge per item (they also claim to give a bit more food with this option). The server forgot to add one of our items to the order, but we were not charged for it and felt satisfied by the meal. The food was good but not amazing. Would definitely go again.
