Good food and excellent service. View is always good. I always feel like I am on vacation when I am at Gurney’s. Main indoor room was not open yet but the outdoor area was lovely.

We did love our visit at Gigi's. The food was delicious, and portions were satisfying. Ambience is fantastic. Ocean view and cossy seats make you feel comfortable. Our server was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome. We definitely will be coming back.

It's an amazing place, but the food isn't up to par and the prices, which would be expensive but fine if the food was great, are far too high. We had the hamachi, wedge, pepper crusted tuna, and chicken. Both main courses were served cold. But the ambiance and scenery are top notch.

This place is fairly new. They need to get the kinks out. The need to be more informed on dishes they are serving. This is constructive criticism I say wait a little before dining I might give it another try

The restaurant just opened and once they get their groove on it could be great. The food was delicious and you can’t find that view anywhere!

We were so disappointed with our dining experience at Gigi’s. The marketing for the new restaurant was misleading - we were looking forward to having a cocktail at the bar and dining in the beautiful new indoor space. We arrived to find porch seating only and the inside entirely under construction with no bar area available besides the fire pit, where we ordered martinis that were served in plastic, stemless cups. We absolutely were not prepared for nor did we want outdoor dining. When we sat, the menu was also very different from what’s listed online - no sushi, etc. so we were very disappointed but it was too late to go anywhere else. Ordered drinks and the appetizers arrived before they did. The $45 glass of Caymus arrived hot - couldn’t drink it. Ordered bread and it never came (eventually I found a support staff member who brought it). The oysters were very good but the shrimp cocktail should have arrived on ice, not a plate pre-sauced, especially outdoors. The spicy rigatoni (ordered without bacon) tasted like pork pasta without any spice (bacon ruins the flavor of a pasta like this), the steak was very good, but the seabass had no flavor and the sauce was essentially water. Our table light went out three times and on the third time, they ran out of replacements so we sat in the dark. We ordered dessert and it never came after 20 minutes, so we asked for the check. The server offered us after dinner drinks (limoncello) and when he dropped the check, said he forgot to charge us for them and was about the take the bill back but then left it - super awkward (we thought they were comp’d as most restaurants offer this complimentary). We really loved this venue and what it’s been in the past, so we’re hopeful Gigi’s can turn it around but I doubt we’ll be back this summer.

The staff was above & beyond amazing and attentive, the food and the drinks were super delicious and yummy- couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We were excited to try Gigi’s, but the experience did not match what was advertised. Everything online pointed to a beautiful indoor space with a bar and full dining room. When we got there, we found a construction site. The interior was unfinished, there was no bar and indoor seating was not available. The only dining area was the outdoor porch, which we couldn’t use because it was raining. On top of that, the menu was extremely limited. More like a lunch menu than what you’d expect from a fine dining restaurant. We were not informed about any of this beforehand. The lack of transparency was frustrating and we felt completely misled.
