I secured 7:15pm reservations (for 2) well in advance, though we were not sat until 7:30pm - not a big deal, but it wasn't a great look for my Christmas dinner date. It took a while to be greeted, though once we were, it should be noted our server was very friendly. We ordered calamari ($16), which was enjoyable. My guest enjoyed the salmon special (~$35), while I ordered a Cesar salad ($9). I asked our server if it was possible to get a little bit of steak on it as it was a meatless salad. The server ensured me it would be no problem, though didn't give me a heads up that they charge for the full steak filet (~$45) for some slices of steak on top [to be fair there was a healthy portion of steak given, though it was not my intention to have a ~$45 steak dinner put on top of a $9 salad]. Overall, I'd say it is a cool environment with the park close by, but I would be hesitant to eat there again after my experience.

Food was delicious as always. Had to wait a while for our server (wasn’t sure if they knew we were there or if a shift change).

Server could not answer questions about the foods she was serving. “ the hamburger is between 1/4 and 1/2 pound”....... ????
My Manhattan sucked
Burger turned out to be tasty
A glass of water was dropped to the floor, at my feet while eating. No apologies, my foot was wet, no one said a thing, several, several minutes before the water and ice was cleaned up. No towel offered, no inquiries about my wet foot.

Terrible experience overall

We ate here about six months ago and had a good experience, but this time was disappointing in every respect (except the view of the lights in Klyde Warren). When I pay more than $20 for a salad I expect it to be delicious, not tasteless. We each had a different Wald,, with salmon, tuna, and chicken, and all were very bland at best. (Dressings on the side were inedible). Very disappointing to promise a special meal to an out-of-town visitor and have it turn out like it did. I won’t be going back.

I love the ambiance here, but we had some of the weirdest service. It was if the hostess didn't know how to speak. I checked in but they had to get our table ready so we waited at the bar. She walked up to us with menus, but said nothing, and just started walking away. Then our server came up and just immediately asked us what we wanted to drink without even saying hello or acknowledging us at all. She ended up being very sweet, but it took over 30 minutes to get a bottle of wine we ordered. It wasn't the end of the world, but it certainly was off this day.

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and The food and service was great we had the BBQ deviled eggs, Lemon Sole Milanese, the savor Burger and cheesecake for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious! It’s a glass restaurant in Klyde Warren Park so a lot of people watching with a great downtown view. We got lucky enough to catch a live band show and annual Christmas tree lighting during dinner. We will definitely return!!

It is excellent for people watching being on the park. Allows climate controlled environment or outdoor patio eating in a lively setting. The food was very good. I understand that I was there on the day of the tree lighting but we were seated 30 minutes before drinks were delivered. Then another 30 minutes for appetizer and the salads were 30 minutes after completion of the appetizer. Beverages were not refilled and I felt forgotten. I still will return because the food and setting are good and this has not been my experience in the past.

The food was decent, the ambiance was very nice, and our server was good. However, though it was an accident, the manager dropped a plate of food on my husband and me. He did offer to pay for our ruined clothes by giving us his business card; however, we felt it would have been a professional gesture to have given us our two meals for free, since we ended up having to wait for the meal to be remade and then had to hurry through our meal, for we had performance tickets. We will not be returning to Savor.

Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Ran out of turkey and pecan pie before they were done serving from the special Thanksgiving menu. Had to remind waitress that we ordered wine, so we didn't get that until the second course. Might be fine on another night, but it wasn't a great Thanksgiving experience.

Underwhelmed is what I would describe out experience.
The bartender deserves credit, my wife loved his signature cocktail
As far as the rest, service was not so good, turkey was dry, salmon was under cooked and pork ribs was dry.
My wife had to send back hey meal twice.
The server came up with some excuse that the kitchen was closing down soon so there wasn't much else he could do
At $60 per plate and a chef/owner that was at the Ritz Carlton for over 20 years I was expecting much better food.
I can usually put that past if the service was outstanding, but other than the bartender the service was not existing.

Are here for thanks giving last year and it was great. So went there for thanksgiving again. They changed the way they do it and put a course menu where you only select your entrée. First we stood for five minutes while the waitress ignored us and just spent her time flirting with the bartender. Finally seated and ordered. The food seemed prepared earlier and re-heated. The turkey was extremely dried and hard to eat. The waitress did apologize and discounted our ticket $20. I am just really disappointed that it was not the quality it had been in the past and even with the discount it was much more then before at $58 a person.

We were sat by patio door. Couldn’t hear a word while door was open which was very often as waiters pass through it on a constant basis.

Kitchen path to patio through main room is not well thought.

It was ok. Price was much higher than value. Wait staff were average at best. Came to talk in a tiny voice that nobody could hear. Bar tender was in a hurry and impatient.

Sunday night had no happy hour or specials so it wasn't special for food. Menu is limited. I had hoped for more.

It was my first time at Savor and I must say, I was very disappointed. My reservation was at 8:30 pm, we were sat immediately upon arrival, however my meal was not brought out until 9:50 pm which left me virtually no time to eat as i had another engagement to attend at 10:30 pm, what made it worse is it was my birthday, also the restaurant was not busy.
