   Slightly upset by the unavailable dishes (cotoletta and truffle), as well as the lack of menus I was told would be available (brunch and bambini), and far from friendly service, remedied by kids dishes made available if not on the menu, and not being charged for them.

   Excellent dining in a relaxed atmosphere. Good choice of dishes expertly prepared and delivered with efficient pleasant service. One of my favourite restaurants

   It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and I wanted to treat her to something special, so I chose Sartoria. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t fully meet my expectations. The service was okay—not particularly warm or memorable—and the food overall was underwhelming. Surprisingly, the highlight of the evening was the lemon cream dessert—it was fresh, light, and genuinely enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to see that even the bread was charged, along with a service charge and a compulsory charity donation, which felt like a bit of a rip-off. The mocktail I ordered wasn’t enjoyable either—I had to ask for it to be sweetened just to make it drinkable. Overall, it was just okay. For the price, I honestly expected much better.

   Food is superb . Restaurant service is good. But there seems to be some antagonism between restaurant staff and bar staff. I have eaten there 3 times in the last month and the story is the same. It is difficult to find someone to serve in the bar. If you ask the restaurant staff that is seemingly not welcome. On three occasions I have asked that we be given menus while enjoying a drink in the bar. Reluctantly they agreed and took our order. On three occasions we asked that they called us to the table when the starters were ready. That seems to impossible as it didn’t happen. This rift needs to be sorted.

   I was really looking forward to eating at Sartorial. This was a special dinner for my partners birthday. I was extremely disappointed. The food was bland and the service extremely poor. When they brought the wrong drink they replaced it but we had to pay for both. The worst most expensive dinner I have ever had in London. I will not be returning.

   A fabulous dinner at Sartoria, everything from the service to the food was excellent. We had the tuna tartare for starters, absolutely delicious and tasted so fresh. For mains we had the lobster tagliolini and the baby chicken, both beautifully presented and tasted amazing. It felt like a real treat to eat somewhere with quality ingredients. The restaurant wasn't overly busy and it had a lovely ambience. We sat and had La Dolce Vita cocktails in the bar before dinner, a fantastic drink to start the evening. Overall, i'd highly recommend Sartoria. Can't wait to visit again.

   Exceptional service, beautifully designed dining room and cuisine was authentic and amazing. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Very solid wine list filled with wines from major regions and styles. Highly recommend Satoria while in London!

    Excellent Italian food with professional service. The seat was very comfortable, atmosphere is elegant and quiet. The only thing I did not like very much was the potion of courgette. Although it was tasty, it was far too much. You do not want to eat oily food and get fat by having nice lunch here. I shared the courgette dish with my husband but we could not finish half of it.
