El único restaurante del Savile Row es un establecimiento de categoría con un elegante bar de cocteles y una agradable terraza exterior, todo con una lujosa decoración.     Sophia's Bar is a Savile Row institution, a cocktail bar in the heart of Mayfair inspired by the iconic Italian actress Sophia Loren. With a specially-crafted list of classic and ‘timeless’ cocktails, in a setting adorned with roses - a tribute to the rose garden she cherished, and symbolising the everlasting beauty she cultivated in her life - it’s a fitting homage to our favourite Italian actress, evoking the glamour and style of La Dolce Vita.

    As ever my friend and I had a lovely meal and the space to talk and reflect. The service was excellent, and the food very good. We especially enjoyed the first course (tuna tartare, and polpo). See you soon.

    Slightly upset by the unavailable dishes (cotoletta and truffle), as well as the lack of menus I was told would be available (brunch and bambini), and far from friendly service, remedied by kids dishes made available if not on the menu, and not being charged for them.

    It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and I wanted to treat her to something special, so I chose Sartoria. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t fully meet my expectations. The service was okay—not particularly warm or memorable—and the food overall was underwhelming. Surprisingly, the highlight of the evening was the lemon cream dessert—it was fresh, light, and genuinely enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to see that even the bread was charged, along with a service charge and a compulsory charity donation, which felt like a bit of a rip-off. The mocktail I ordered wasn’t enjoyable either—I had to ask for it to be sweetened just to make it drinkable. Overall, it was just okay. For the price, I honestly expected much better.
