Just ok. Certainly not bad but only average. Portions are huge. Perhaps we were spoiled by the great food we have had in Peru, but this did compare. I could see it would be very noisy on a busy night.
This is no longer the innovative peruvian cuisine it once was. It is more like average mexican and sports bar combined. I knew when they handed me a laminated one page menu not to expect much. The baftender was very nice though and made a decent pisco sour. The sign outside no longer says sardis fusion it says sardis chicken. Im sure the chicken is great but dont go if tou are looking for peruvian fusion cuisine, they no longer do that it seems. They need to update their website.
It was awesome perfect service food was delicious good place to go
Took the family to Sardi's Fusion for the first time and we will be back! The food was great, portions were huge and prices were very reasonable. Even the ceviche was a large portion and very reasonably priced. There are tons of options on the menu that I am looking forward to trying on future visits.
Great menu with good variety of Peruvian influenced food. Service was attentive. Beer selection was very good.
Great food and excellent service. Need to try something other than the favorite.
Wonderful traditional Peruvian food. We had the good fortune to visit Peru and loved the food. Saudi's allows us to enjoy the dishes we experienced there. We have eaten there twice and will be back again.
The food and service here are outstanding. The grouper special was particularly delicious, as was the Peruvian chicken. The noise level was high, though. Would definitely come back.
Was great. I love Sardis already and their fusion restaurant is very high quality. I will be visiting about twice a month.
The service was incredible. It reminded me of an excellent New Orleans restaurant. The food portions were ample and cooked to perfection. It was also reasonable priced. I can't believe how much I enjoyed it and will be back for another meal soon.
When we arrived for our reservation on July 4th at 7PM we found the restaurant CLOSED!! What a huge disappointment to both - OPENTABLE for taking our reservation and SARDI'S INFUSION for not notifying us. Needless to say it sure defused the celebratory meal we had planned.
Service was slow and a bit unattentive. The entree I chose was not available. Neither was the second. The draft beer I ordered from the drink menu was only available in bottles. Food was good and creative. I'll go back to see if things improve.
Very pleasantly surprised to find such wonderful food in a suburban shopping center. Extensive menu with very fresh and delicious fish. Great grouper, tuna and lamb chops. Great seasoning.
Authentic Peruvian cuisine including all of the classics. Ceviche was excellent and they give you a large quantity and the Aji de Gallina is just the right amount of spicy. A bit noisy.
The food was excellent, the waiter recommended a dish that I loved. Everything I tried was great. The only thing I have to say about the service is that there were times when we waited for a long time for items we requested 20 minutes prior. We were a fairly large party so that may have had something to do with it. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
Nice staff; great food.Large portions
Very nice. Great waiter (Victor). Good value. Peruvian food.
Great food and service. If you try this place, you will not be disappointed.
Wonderful meal, and very different from anything else in the area. Lots of great choices!. We'll be back for sure.
It was soooo good we went back the next day for brunch. The steak I ordered on our 1st visit was marinated to perfection and the sauce was phenomenal. I would highly recommend.
Good fusion menu. Different from the standard sardis chicken. Recommended!
Let me start by saying we love Sardi's chicken and take out from there at least once a week. Their sister restaurant is Sardi's Fusion and we have been there a number of times. The food is always great but the service is sub par. This past Sunday we decided to try it out for Mother's Day Brunch. We arrived early for our reservation and were seated promptly. We were served water, plantain chips, and sauces. That is the last time anyone visited our table. We waited for over 15 minutes as servers walked right by as. One of which, we later learned, was the manager. When we asked for a manager it took another 5 minutes. At this point we walked out with 2 disappointed Moms and 3 disappointed kids. One of our party stayed behind and spoke ot the manager but by this point our morning had been ruined. Happy Mothers Day to us . . .
My fajitas were delicious, but after dinner, the amount of salt and sugar in the sauce became very evident. I didn't feel so good. But they were delicious at the time. The signature Pico Sour $9, was not very alcoholic at all. The Peruvian food is novel, and good, but this is not a gourmet restaurant. Friendly service and a good value if you do not care about eating "clean". A Friday night kind of place. I would go back, but I would be very selective with the menu choices.
I love Peruvian food and this is by far one of the best restaurants in the DVM area that I have been to. Going again with a friend on May 22.
My wife and I came here for our anniversary dinner. Ruby, our server, was super friendly and attentive. We loved the pisco sours, civiche, grilled pork chops, and steak and shrimp sizzling platter. We will be back here for certain.
Enjoyed the new menu.
Found this a very good spot for a post-theater dinner after an early show at the Olney Theatre Center a couple blocks east of Route 108. Each of the four of us quickly found something attractive on the extensive and exotic menu. The place crowded up as the Sunday evening progressed and the tables were a bit too close together for comfort, but Sardi's Fusion is doubtlessly a comfortable place to dine at less popular times.
What a nice surprise! This is not fast food chicken....great 'creative cuisine'. Fish was fantastic. Ceveche sampler was awesome. My mom is not easily impressed and she was impressed. I will definitely be coming back.
Excellent food, casual and friendly atmosphere. Worth the drive.
the food is absolutely outstanding but the service can be iffy depending upon who you get
Great service. Most food was delicious. One person got dry ribs and another got rubbery chicken. The other food was very good.
They were able to accommodate our group of 18 and the waitress was very attentive and friendly. Large groups are always challenging, but they did a pretty good job of keeping us entertained and fed. Unfortunately, they were out of quite a few things on the menu, the food and some drinks took a while to come out and the runners really didn't know where anything went or who ordered what. If you have plenty of time and not overly picky pallets, it was a good place with tasty food.
An interesting menu with many more to try. We will be back.
Amazing food and fabulous service. We took out-of-town relatives to Sardi's for dinner; there were 6 of us ranging in age from 21 to 82. The food is very very good. Our table had a couple orders of langostinos, a couple of orders of the salmon dishes, a seafood stew-like dish and a chicken meal. Everyone raved about their meals. The service was top-notch; I wish I remembered our servers name (Alex or Adam?) because he was wonderful. Attentive and good humor to deal with our crowd. Love the pisco sours.
Arrived at time of reservation and restaurant was closed. No note on door. Out of business??
Great food, service was ok. Lots of selections to choose from.
We sat at the bar and ordered three appetizers and they were all delicious!
Wasn't expecting it to so busy being in a strip mall in olney - but it was very nice
Great food presentation
Will be back soon for their takeout chicken counter!
The food is very good. The plantain and dips are the best We really enjoy coming back to eat.
Good restaurant for something different - especially in Olney. Plantain chips and dips (wild, med. and spicy) were yummy. I had Lomo Saltado - meat was perfectly cooked and tender, sauce was very flavorful. My daughter got the kids steak which was too fatty and not cooked enough - only bad part of the dinner. My niece who is picky got plain salmon and they did it just right for her. Both my parents got fajitas, both said they enjoyed them but the octopus was a little chewy. We each tried a different dessert which we all finished with no problem. I got rice pudding, which was served warm, I could have done the backstroke in it so yummy. My dad also really enjoyed the banana bread pudding. The servers were incredibly nice and helpful.
I made the reservation for a group of my closest friends, and it was just perfect. The server was amazing, very attentive, and did such a wonderful job of making sure that everyone was taken care of. The food is excellent every single time; very tasty and creative. We love the food there, and we love the fact that it's right in Olney too! I would definitely recommend visiting for dinner!
