The blackened redfish was fantastic. Our server was very attentive. Chips and salsa was endless. It would be nice to have spicier salsas as an option. Some Spanish music would have been a nice addition. Quail was different. Portions were huge!

Santa Fe is our favorite spot for Mexican food on the island. We eat there at least twice a month. The food, drinks, and service never disappoint!

We had a party of nine and sat on their patio, it was very large and quite nice. Wait staff was kind and attentive, unfortunately I don’t know if it was an off night or just poor kitchen service but we waited over an hour for our food and the restaurant wasn’t overly busy. When the food came out several meals had to be sent back due to them sitting too long and were cold. Food was just so so. Overall, would not go back especially with a large party.

Very disappointing experience. My family was genuinely looking forward to trying this Mexican restaurant, but unfortunately, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. To start, the service was notably slow — not just in taking orders, but also in checking in throughout the meal. Despite finishing our drinks fairly early, no one came by to offer a second round, which was disappointing and made the dining experience feel inattentive. Portion sizes were another major issue. For the price, especially the $29 fajita plate, I expected a hearty serving. Instead, I was surprised by how small the portions were. Even more concerning was the fact that the fajitas arrived with very little meat and a lemon that overshadowed the plate. The sides, which also arrived late, also came without cheese, which is a standard expectation for most fajita dishes. To top things off, one of our salads came with an unwelcome surprise: a hair. This completely killed our appetite and trust in the kitchen’s hygiene practices. All in all, the food itself had potential, but with poor service, questionable cleanliness, and prices that don’t reflect the portions or quality, I can’t recommend this place.

Service was amazing! Samantha and Kyler were so fun, efficient, personable and helpful! Food was more than amazing. Looking forward to going back!

We’ve loved the Santa Fe Cafe on previous visits. The upstairs indoor dining lacks the ambiance of the main floor. The food was not as good this time. Skip the sweet potatoes fries, they are skinnier than shoe string potatoes and over cooked. The fajitas did not come with any cheese, rice or beans. One high note, the Ribeye Burrito was delicious!
