Had an awesome lunch at Sandbar. I got the new 1890 burger—insanely juicy, probably the best burger in town. My wife had the harvest salad with chicken—super fresh, light, and just the right portion. We grabbed a table outside, and on a sunny day, there’s really no better place to be. James, the GM, is super chill and welcoming, and our server (wish I remembered her name) was on point. It’s officially our favorite lunch spot, and we’re hyped to come back soon and check out the new dinner menu.

One entree came out 20 minutes after the others , waiter blamed us for making modifications instead of admitting his own or the chefs mistake. Also refused to add tomatoes to a salad even though they were available as an option in other salads.

Had a great date night with the hubs. Attentive service without hovering, generous portions, and the chickpea fries were to die for. I probably wouldn’t get the margherita pizza again, but it wasn’t bad. Oh, and the bathrooms were beautiful, clean, and fully stocked. A+ experience.

Appetizers were yummy (crab cake and tuna). My Cod was perfect, and my husband devoured his pork chop! We took our desserts to go. Sandbar was a perfect Mother’s Day for us two “empty nesters.” Thanks James, Dan, Jose and our server Brandon.
