   I have dined at this Samba 2 dozen times over the last 12+ years and was thrilled every previous visit but once when the meats were oversalted. This visit was disappointing. The meats kept coming out to our table well done to the point that I would have been embarrassed if I were the waiter or manager. I get it that in the new reality we are in that just to be open that a lot of changes were made and the R.B. Samba has handled them well but to send mostly BBAR cuts of meat to our table was as close to a "I want a refund moment" as I have ever had. After the waiters second try to bring out any cuts close to medium we even told him that if he couldn't bring anything cooked medium or less to not bring anythingelse and he "Jesus" apologized again and could only suggest more fish or chicken. He was an above average waiter so we didn't tkae it out on him. If we were not there with the Groupon discout we would have asked for a refund or a heavy chop off the bill. Everything else was fine service, restaurant set up to stay away from other diners etc. but we were there to load up on meats and we got close to rubber. I hope that it doesn't happen again. I hope this was jsut an annomally and would still reccomend Samba over most other restaurants in the wharf area.

   The food was terrible! Meat was not chewable it came cold. My plate came earlier than mom’s plate so she wait. Then her plate came with wrong meat combination. We got two plate and 2 drinks and paid $158 for two and ate late and cold! The service was horrible. Even for the check you have to go get your server to ask for check!

   This is definitely NOT the restaurant you want to take someone to make a good impression. I know my clients like the Brazilian steakhouse experience, and this was so far from it! The meats that were brought out were ALL overcooked, bordering on burnt, some were burnt. The rice was hard, and beans had no flavor. The only thing good was the drinks and those were in the bottles. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but the food was just plain bad.

   Very quiet In there. Needed to be some music or something. Service was great. Our server was very polite and nice. Too bad he had to serve that garbage we ate. Which was very expensive. Along with the drinks. Will never ever go there again

   The management experience could have been a lot better. The manager was very rude to his workers. I was in line to get salad and I greeted the server and he was in the middle of telling me the options when the manager of the shift came and interrupted the server unexpectedly and asked him to serve something on a plate all while I was just standing there and the manager disregarded me as a customer. Later on when the tray of meat was being brought to my table by a different server, the same manager (who was wearing a grey suit) was yelling out to the server to hurry up because they needed to get something else out. It just seems that this particular manager does not have any customer service skills and he is not self aware about situations where their servers are being polite to the customers and he just comes and rudely interrupts without care. My only comment about the food is that the meats provided could have had more flavor and been more tender.

   Service crew are friendly, nice view of the ocean, food is fine (I wish I went before the pandemic for their samba ? nightly show.
