We had a wonderful dinner, but I had noted in my reservation that it was my husband’s birthday and there was no acknowledgement of that.
All was fantastic! Our server though was a bit slow in getting us drinks, refilling water, or getting us utensiles. She didn’t check in on us as often as we’d like. Everyone else did fantastic! The food was even better. I’d reccomend it again for sure.
Good flavors, good quality, great service , reasonable wine list
This place is the best! Totally worth the 2 hour drive!
Awesome food … great atmosphere…
Expensive but delicious food. The cinnamon pineapple was delicious!
Celebrated my 32nd birthday at Samba and the food was amazing. We were one of the first reservations when they opened for the evening, so the virgin piña colada my boyfriend and I wanted weren't available. But even with the staff shortage, they were attentive and friendly. The meats were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Will Definitely go back again.
Great atmosphere. Every worker was extremely pleasant and very attentive. Salad bar beautifully presented, very fresh and extensive. Tip, try not to overdo it, so you can enjoy the delicious meat. It was a special and very pleasant experience. Price is right because the food was delicious. Really enjoyed the interaction with the wait staff, so polite and friendly and accommodating. Thanks for a great night.
The prices keep going up and the items keep getting less abundant and lesser quality. All my favorites keep getting discontinued. The meat is fabulous. At the price point there should be phenomenal items on the salad bar.: candied bacon, something seafood, a choice of amazing soups, potatoes that aren’t barely moist because they have been there so long (and we were there early in the night so I’m guessing they were leftovers). The salad bar is standard fare, old country buffet-ish. Not even any salad cheeses. There never has been but there should be. There were a few potato salads, plain cucumbers, olives, roasted onions, spicy beets. Like I said-all in all good but not enough choices and not the quality that should be delivered for $45/person. You’re definitely paying for the ambiance and experience. One of their iconic offerings is the cheesy bread rolls. Ooey gooey and fresh. So good. But with 2 tries, I never received it to my satisfaction. Old and cold. It sounds like I’m complaining and I guess, I am. But I would do it again. Samba, if you’re reading this, please, bring back the quality salad bar items and add to it. Take a look at comparable restaurants and what they offer and what they charge. Your game needs to be stepped up. Be the purple snowflake and set yourself apart.
Good was absolutely delicious and the service was awesome definitely a nice night out
Best restaurant ever I enjoy every minute there, great food and great service
The meats are the bomb. Make sure to leave room for the Parmesan encrusted pork medallions. You’ll think you’ve died and gone to heaven. I always think the salad bar is so satisfying I could just have that, but I have to have the meats!
Fabulous meats and salad bar offerings. The potato were out of this world.
Clearly struggling with staffing issues. The teen who served us talked so fast I understand nothing.
Food was awesome. I love that they changed some on the seasonings on the steaks. I wish they didn’t change the flank steak that used to be our favorite. Otherwise everything was delicious!
it good food i like it’s yummmy idk what else to say
I have been to Samba's before and we took friends there tonight. They were very satisfied and impressed.
Anniversary dinner, everyone was super nice and welcoming. Service was great.
They had great food. The place had a good amount of people but we were able to be seated apart. The bartender was very knowledgeable on their specialty drinks. The food and beverages were excellent. I would definitely recommend and will go back soon.
We had a new waitress. She did her best but clearly needed more training. But she checked every question we had and was very attentive!
Pricy, but the food is delicious and the service is prompt and nice.
Really, the only complaint was that we thought it was too dark at our table.
Our waitress was awesome!
Always outstanding. Need to be very hungry (try fasting through the day). Wonderful meats (and do try the Feijoada in the buffet).
Best place to eat hands. Very good drinks and the different meat selections are great.
One of the best places I have eaten as of recently, my group and I throughly enjoyed it.
Great food, service, and environment.. I would recommend this to anyone.
Date night adventure. It was the first time we had ever been and it didn’t disappoint.
excellent food. plan on spending money here. Would go again
Had a great time, food was good and service was great. A bit pricey so I won’t be going back regularly but might go once a year.
Samba Brazilian grill is our favorite place. The salad bar is exceptional. The Feijoada which is a Brazilian black stew is the best I've ever had. The Pão de Queijo are to kill for. The meat whether it be beef, pork, chicken, linguica or lamb is done perfectly, its juicy and melts in your mouth. Who can actually resist the pineapple? Top that off with the best Mojitos I have ever had. It's simply to die for. We love Samba and their staff!
Pros: Surprisingly good quality meat and cooked correctly.
The salad bar is large and there are soup/bread options.
A nice open space.
Negative: We could not understand a word the waiter said the entire time and we had to ask for additional menus to understand the concept more.
Drinks came out one at a time...very amateur, especially for a business meeting...Additionally the drinks took forever and were not that good ultimately.
The salad(s) did not taste fresh. They had a store bought - bag taste. Not cold.
The dressings were soupy and not thick. The bread was old and stale.
They turned the lights down half way between our meal and my guests complained they couldn’t see their food anymore.
All the menus online are old and out of date, and i wasn’t too happy to see the s’mores and other desserts were gone now and there was Zero Tequila drinks on the menu - shameful!
It was a great experience! Food was good, great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Not worth it. Very little options
Out looking for new venues for dinner. We will return.
Such a great experience, food was wonderful, staff was friendly.
Everything was delicious.
Great services and incredible food, we love that place
Great food and service.
I have been to many Brazilian Grills all over the world. The experience at Samba was ok. They had 8 different meats to taste - the meats were tender and the seasoning was fine. The buffet was just ok and the rice was either undercook or dried and hard because of the heated plate. I thought the price didn't match the experience.
Very nice! We had a girls night out and loved the food and the service. A special shout out to the grilled pineapple!!
I took my husband there for his 70th birthday. I had been there before but he had not. I tried to explain to him about Sambas, but he really had to experience it for himself. The food was awesome and the service was second to none. The staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. The gentleman who kept our water glasses full was amazing. I am sure we will return again even if it is an 84 mile drive to get there :-)
