Where Napa Valley meets Palm Beach, Salute Market is in an upscale, comfy-chic ambiance. We are a restaurant, bar, wine and liquor market, located in Palm Beach Gardens. Salute is a new concept featuring many elements that complement one another – all based on the belief that we should “enjoy life”.

The lunch menu offers a variety of gourmet sandwiches, small plates, soups and salads. The dinner menu features antipasto, charcuterie and entrees that pair perfectly with the selection of fine wines and craft cocktails and beer.

Salute offers 20 wines available by the glass, over 200 bottles of wine available for retail purchase, and pay a small corkage fee and drink the bottle on site with your meal!

At Salute Market the customer is our number one priority. Without them, there is no us. We are happy to introduce you to our products and ensure that you have everything you need to “enjoy life”.

Guests will enjoy two glasses of Advice from John—one with the tasting plate and a second served alongside a short rib dinner entrée, thoughtfully prepared by Chef Elijah to elevate the Merlot’s unique character. To close the evening, indulge in a final dessert bite—a sweet send-off to a memorable night of flavor and craftsmanship. The food was delicious, and the service was great. I'll definitely return. I had the chicken dish, part of a charcuterie board, and deviled eggs. The eggs were fantastic. The board was normal. The group that was with me seemed to enjoy their meals as well. Great job!

If you like Mediterranean flare in your food this is a great place to dine. The bartender outside is amazing and her drinks are always to perfection. The host and hostess are the mostest too. Great neighborhood gem for outside (or inside) dining.

Overall, I tend to really enjoy your restaurant. We did enjoy today, however, there’s a couple things lacking that I believe you all I’ve had before or perhaps should consider in the future. There was a wide variety of non-meat items, which is great but having some type of charcuterie, board or cheese selection would be a nice addition. I believe our server was a little overwhelmed because she forgot a couple things which is fine. I did not see your gratuity was automatically included in the reservation. I don’t think that should be standard based on how busy you all were and not everyone was getting good service. Otherwise, it was great thank you so much

It was very easy to make our reservation through open table, and when our party changed from 6 people to 10 people last minute, I called the restaurant and they were able to accommodate us. We were greeted warmly by Reagan, and walked to our table right away. It was a beautiful night, a little overcast without rain, and the weather was perfect. The menu gave us lots of options to make the whole family happy, including the kids and some dietary restrictions. Our server was great, and overall our experience was exactly what we needed. We'll be back.
