Maybe it’s not new anymore, but that’s fine with me because I can get a reservation. The kitchen and bar is just as good as any of the new hot restaurants. Super underrated.

Small menu with relatively simple dishes that pack a significant punch of flavors. I was surprised at how well the food popped in my mouth. I would recommend this spot for a date or just a nice weekday dinner outing.

I went with high hopes, having heard so many wonderful things abut this place. It was a HUGE disappointment, almost completely across the boards. The food was uninspired and bland. The service was very friendly but deeply uninformed and sloppy. We had numerous glitches and problems, from the initial descriptions of food all the way through to mistakes on the bill. And on a Saturday night, the place was EMPTY; when we left at 8:30 p.m., there was exactly one table of two people in the entire restaurant... so obviously the word is spreading. It's unfortunate, as I would love to be able to support this type of restaurant and food philosophy; but the execution here was uniformly mediocre.

Late lunch...service good, food OK but didn’t have the pork chop which I hear is the best in town. Although valet parking available at dinner parking tough at lunch. Maybe they should switch it around. Will go back and try again.. maybe for breakfast.

A very good restaurant! We stopped in for a quick bite before a show, not much from the outside but lovely wood interior with lots of plants. The food was very good, too!

We were looking for a casual with a relaxed vibe and delicious food. SALTS CURE came through in spades. Props to the fantastic staff and the spot on food. Have been many times and will continue to do so in the future.

We’ve been to this restaurant a half dozen times and each time the waitstaff has been friendly and welcoming, the food, delicious. Hands down the best pork chop in LA!

First time patron. Relied on reviews - (some of which were reserved- but I still made the reservation and was looking forward to the restaurant and experience). Whilst the food was good, and presentation reasonable, the wait staff and noise levels were very disappointing. Perhaps Saturday night is not the A game, or maybe my expectations were too high. The music was too loud - especially for a restaurant barely quarter full, and no volume adjustment as the restaurant emptied. Wait staff interrupted conversations (three tines), struggled to understand the wine requests, and removed plates before we had both finished. Very ordinary service. And lights dimmed and turned off at 10.50 as the hint to leave, without regard or discussion. Maybe at the end of the day I am not this restaurant’s target demographic. I’m not sure I’d give it a second chance with a repeat visit. Sad as I high expectations. Maybe it all works better on a busier nights. Saturday night did not seem to be one of those nights.

This was an excellent meal.... mussel soup, sweet potato appetizer -- fantastic The duch with the oatmeal pancake and the chicken are great. They were out f the pork. what a great meal. They just need an espresso machine. and it would be perfect.

Had a difficult time getting in contact with the restive for our reservation. When the gentleman finally answered the phone he said since they don’t open until 11, no one would answer the phone. Which doesn’t quite make sense, but maybe they try to cut down on labor. Came for a birthday brunch with my parents from England and our chef from Per Se. we’ve heard wonderful things about this place which now seem over exaggerated. The food was pretty good, my mother enjoyed her avocado toast. The only failing part of the meal was the service. Not very attentive. Now I’m not one who needs a lot of attention, but a server with a poor attitude and having to track down someone for water and a drink is not for me! So to the BOH, thank you, everything was lovely!

I've only been here for lunch, but the food is always good and fresh. Maybe not the largest menu selection or portions for the price, but the food is tasty , the service is good and the atmosphere comfortable.

We started a bachelorette party here, each person had different dietary needs and our waiter was knowledgeable. All of the food was elevated & delicious. Balanced, well cooked, simply amazing. The bar tender was also great & the old fashioned was legit. Even for our pickiest group member this was a success! Thank you for feeding us well, we will all be back.

Dinner at Salt's Cure is such a treat. There's always imaginative, perfectly prepared specials -- this time rutabaga dumplings and Santa Barbara rockfish on a yam puree. Outstanding food, a waiter who really cares, and you can actually hear what your tablemate says. We've been there 2x this month and look forward to the next time.
