This was my second time dining at Salt. The food and cocktails were fabulous. Our server Stacey made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be back!

Amazing experience all the way. Posh dining at its finest! An amazing meal all the way. Service was excellent, and the Chef's Experience was amazing! Couldn't find a single thing that wasn't perfect.

Nice place for a celebration. The food was really good and service exceptional. This is our first time at this Ritz and dining at Salt. We enjoyed the experience and will be back in the near future.

I’ve been to Salt probably 8 times over the last 12+ years and have stayed at the ritz at least that many times. The restaurant, while beautiful, is no where near as good as it used to be. It doesn’t really even feature the different salts (which is its name), like it did before and has really lost the uniqueness it used to have. Food was mostly “good” (not great), but NOT worth the money. $900 meal for 6 people. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. Too many great restaurants now on Amelia and for 1/3 the price.

Exceptional. We literally changed weekends of our visit so we could dine at Salt -- totally worth it! We sat in the main dining room for dinner, with Patty as our server. She's been there 26 years and is spectacular. She knows her stuff, is available without being intrusive, efficiently juggles a heavy load without a hint of stress, and is incredibly kind. An absolute professional! Kadan also made a few appearances at our table and he is all personality - what a great young guy! We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him, and hope to see both Patty and Kadan when we next return. We sat in the lounge for a second, lighter dinner another night, and had an equally wonderful time. Fireplace, live music, yummy food, terrific service -- Blake took great care of us! We also got to meet Christopher (the new manager - Night #1) AND we had cameo appearances by Patty and Kadan again. Everyone made us feel so welcome and did just a terrific job! Wonderful nights, and we are so grateful! Definitely one of our Top 10 restaurant experiences!!

We booked this for an anniversary dinner and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like very special guests. The service (Anthony and Kaden) was outstanding, the food delicious, creative and perfectly proportioned. We could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.
