              The Staff at Salt deserve 10 Stars. Long story short, they went above and beyond to fix my mistake on the original reservation for our 40th anniversary dinner. The food and whole experience was fabulous. Special Thanks to Audrey, Caroline and our waiter whose name escapes me at this moment.

              We had had outstanding experience at Salt for my wife’s birthday this past weekend. The food and service levels were nothing short of spectacular in every way possible. Stacey made sure we had a memorable evening and we loved the attention to detail that made my wife feel like the queen of the evening. The oysters, scallops and Dover Sole were incredibly prepared. I highly recommend Salt for an unforgettable dining experience!

              We did not appreciate the number of children in the restaurant. We actually had to be moved because of it. Not the fine dining experience I would expect for the price.

              Salt has an elegant, redone dining room and the executive chef has a new custom designed kitchen. Salt remains a great place for fine dining on Amelia Island. I had a very tasty sepia and Iberia ham based risotto to start followed by a very nice preparation of cobia (also known as ling) served in a delicious sauce. It was my first time having cobia, a fish with a texture heavier than halibut or snapper but lighter than swordfish. I liked it and would order it again. For dessert I enjoyed an excellent dark chocolate soufflé with a sauce anglaise and a dollop of honey ice cream. Portions are modest, but don't be put off by that. You will feel very satisfied when dinner is over. Service was impeccable. Oceanside setting is beautiful. Pricing is reasonable for this level of service and cuisine. Will definitely return.

              One of the best meals of my life! Absolutely perfect. Eva was knowledgeable and had great recommendations. The restaurant ambiance was beautiful, the wine delicious and each of our dishes from the amuse bouche on were to die for! We will be back soon. HIGHLY Recommend! Not cheap, but worth every penny! Delightful and Delish.
