Saint Rocco's at Trinity Groves
House made Lobster ravioli with truffle cream
Romaine, radicchio, broken croutons with balsamic caesar dressing
Sauteed chicken breast, marsala mushroom sauce & pastina pasta
We dined at the rooftop overlooking downtown Dallas. The ambiance was wonderful. We went in November, but had heat lamps that helped keep us warm. My husband really liked the Old Fashion he had. Food wise, it was ok. Not the best food I ever had, but tasted good. Our waiter was really nice, but took over an hour to get our food. We did have bread and tomato sauce serve to us while we waited. Over all I’ll give it 4 starts.
Has a beautiful view of the city
Great food and service! Will be back here for sure!
My waiter was awesome! I believe his name was Rigo(masks kinda muffled his name when he introduced himself). He was super helpful and friendly.
Great food... we had dinner on patio overlooking Dallas skyline... it was very nice.... great value and selection of wines to accompany meal
Food and staff was great. The rooftop has a great view of downtown Dallas.
Food was ok.
It took forever to get our appetizers and entrees!
Wine down Wednesday is so much fun on the patio at Saint Rocco's. The view is fantastic and the wait staff is so fun and energetic. The food is great too!
Daniel was phenomenal! We celebrated my son’s birthday with the Dallas skyline as our backdrop! The food was amazing but the service just made it all superb!
Great Experience, rooftop dinning was perfect even on a fall evening. Highly Recommend!!!
Menu was too limited without warning. We have been several times before- this time not even the zucchini chips were available. My husband’s chicken plate was burnt
Best Italian food in MetroPlex. Amazing staff and service.
Overall, this is a great place to eat. Some criticism is our friends chose to share a plate and you would expect a restaurant of this caliber to actually split the meal onto two plates, rather than having to ask for an extra plate and having the guest do the splitting of the food
They opened up the rooftop for dinner. Excellent view of downtown. Food is great as usual.
Waiter was unbelievably kind and considerate. Took great care of us. Favorite Italian in Dallas.
Very unprofessional. Waited over a hour? Did not feel acknowledged at all. I seen more ppl after I asked to speak to a supervisor. But VICTOR THE UPSTAIRS MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. the way we were treated tonight was so disappointing. I will never be back and never refer anyone here. Management and staff need training. Not even the GM have the time to try and make it right. He just stared at me like he didn't care. The reviews I seen do not match what I encountered. I hope someone high up sees this.
Great for a date night! Beautiful view of the the city!
The view was great but the noise level was so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation.
The food took forever to be served.
We had a great time here. We were seated promptly when we arrived and the service was great! After dinner, we decided to go upstairs for a drink and the view is fantastic. It was a bit chilly that night and the wind had a bite to it. They do have overhead heaters and we didn't bring jackets so that was our fault, so if you go up there and it's a cool, windy night be sure to bring a jacket because it was a bit cold.
Always dependable! Cocktails are well prepared, food is consistently good. I want to dislike the lasagna, as it is all cut up and looks like a big mess, but it is SO good I can't stay mad at it :)
Awesome birthday dinner for my girlfriend. Lucky enough to get the best seats in the house overlooking downtown Dallas. Would highly recommend this place to anyone on just about all occasions!
Go for drinks, not dinner. If dinner, get the crispy ravioli
Great casual dining and even better people watching. Best calamari in Dallas possibly.
Great patio dining, especially in the Fall. Amazing food & wine with a view!
SAM WAS A GREAT SERVER IT REALLY FELT LIKE AN ITALIAN VIBE IN THE LOWER LEVEL BUT WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT RESTAURANT ON THE TOP FLOOR.
The view is incredible on the roof top porch and the food and service is even better.
Called a week in advance of my reservation for special accommodations on my anniversary and we didn’t even have a table reserved for us. Told to go to the top floor and just choose a table. Non very personal, and should be ran better as a restaurant rather than a bar. If someone calls to make special accommodations (I.E. reserved table with a view and away from everyone) then they should get it. Will not be coming back here albeit the food was fantastic
Booked this for my friends birthday dinner.
1. We had a reservation and requested the rooftop. When we got to the restaurant the host at the front told us no seating available upstairs, we waited for sometime and decided to go upstairs and check ourselves. Many empty tables available.
2. They did nothing for my friends bday - the waiter told us the following: “my boss told me 2 days ago that we will no longer serve brownies for birthdays because we have been giving out too many.” Therefore / they did nothing special for my friend on her bday.
3. Waiter forgot to give us any straws and did not refill drinks at all. Had to continuously remind him.
Food was good but so disappointed in the service. I wish we would have taken our business somewhere else.
Great night in TG! Loved our food and the ambiance!
After chauffeuring Phil Romano to his restaurant Saint Rocco’s, I had to bring my wife here on our 10th anniversary and it was spectacular.
Great food. Really good service. We sat on the upper patio and the view was outstanding.
We dined on the Rooftop where food and service was outstanding the only thing that was not enjoyable were cars passing blaring music beyond the restaurants control.
Great food up on the roof looking over the Dallas skyline. Perfect weather. Perfect evening. Thank you
Delicious food, wonderful service. Always a lovely place to come enjoy a delicious meal!
Wrote my reason for visit and table preference in the reservation. When we arrived, the staff was clearly hectic and disorganized and we were completely dismissed. What seemed to be the manager asked us our name and then before I could respond told me hold on so he could answer the phone.
The hostess took over, told us that the view we were hoping for was booked by a private party. That’s understandable, although some notice would have been nice (we booked the reservation 2 weeks ahead).
They seated us on the lower patio, the table was way off balance so I folded the menu to tuck and fix the level. It took ten minutes to be acknowledged, we ordered drinks and an appetizer. ten minutes later a waitress asked us if we had been helped, we said yes and she asked us to describe who helped us. We did and she asked if we could repeat our order because she doesn’t think it made it to the kitchen.
We walked out. This was intended to be a special night and planned well in advance. The communication was poor, the staff was clearly disorganized and overall the restaurant seems very poorly run. Which is a shame, because it seemed like a good location with good food.
I would recommend a manager read ALL reservations daily, rebuild the zoning and table organization and I would personally sit and experience each table. I’m betting there are more imbalanced tables, more tables in poor locations and lots that could be learned simply by viewing their restaurant through a customers eyes. “Setting The Table” - Danny Meyer
We showed up right before closing so things were probably a little busy with the place winding up the evening and everything . We chose to eat on 3rd floor patio where the view was great and the patrons seems to be a bit louder. You have to wait a little longer for drinks though.
Very nice place the service was excellent and the food delicious
Drink and service was amazing!
We ate on the upper floor overlooking downtown Dallas. It's a nice space, but felt like event seating, not a regular dining space. Service was great and we really enjoyed the food and wine.
