We chose Posana because I read about their dedication to gluten free dining. We didn’t realize until we got there that all options are gluten free! We started our meal with a bottle of Tempranillo and their great cheddar biscuits. I had a chopped salad with trout that was perfect. Hubby had a chopped salad and the pork chop dish served with cheddar grits and collard greens. For dessert we had the Key Lime Trifle and the Hazelnut Chocolate Ganache cake and coffee. We really enjoyed our meal along with a few birthday surprises. We will definitely return and bring our gf friends!

The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please be aware that you must have a valid paid estate admission ticket, be staying at Inn on Biltmore Estate or Village Hotel, or be a Biltmore Annual Passholder to dine on property. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis.

The Bistro features contemporary American fare. Fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients are the focus on the dinner menu, which features premium steaks, impeccable mountain trout and seafood, poultry and lamb. Gardens on the estate produce a wide array of vegetables and fruits throughout the seasons, and our extensive pasture lands provide all-natural, hormone-free Black Angus beef and lamb.

We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary dinner. I had the lobster Cioppino and my husband had the filet mignon. We enjoyed the bread and the amuse-bouche. We didn't have an appetizer, we were saving room for dessert which we shared the delicious creme brule. Teresa was an excellent server, as were the other support staff. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Biltmore! Thank you so much!

We started with a wedge, filet with roasted brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, cream brûlée for dessert. Just delicious! And a bottle of red wine

Sitting on Veranda is best part of eating here! View is magnificent so are drinks! Catfish was great. Wish they had more salad and carb free choices though. Due for a fresh menu.

The most amazing restaurant I have been to in Asheville. The Chef is so personable and amazing. Darren, the waiter, was even more amazing and knowledgeable. If you could only choose one appetizer, choose the wagyu beef meatballs. So amazing!!!!! I will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!

We had a wonderful experience, beginning with the ample and free parking, the quiet, clean, and open restaurant, and continuing with very attentive servers. The food quality was superb, and fresh ingredients across the board. Even the vegetarian in our group found plenty to satisfy!
