The cuisine at The Kitchen embraces Asian influence and ingredients including the freshest fish, meats and seasonal vegetables. The presentation is clean, simple, natural and uncomplicated. The beautiful and elegant architecture of the building mirrors the contemporary concepts in the food. Innovative menu. Asian and cabbage inspired. But in a good way, even if you don't like cabbage. The braised pork was huge, and I took half of it home. The duck was perfectly prepared, and I liked the cabbage with blue cheese (surprised since I usually don't like cabbage). But there are lots of choices that are other options. I am going back to try the raw bar next. I've been here 10 years and can't believe I didn't find this gem sooner.

Located atop the Bridger Gondola at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Piste Mountain Bistro offers an unforgettable dining experience with views of the iconic Corbet's Couloir. Guests can indulge in delicious gourmet sandwiches and relax in a cozy bistro ambiance. Complementing the meal are creatively crafted cocktails that elevate the experience while taking in breathtaking mountainside vistas. Perfect for après-ski relaxation or a casual lunch.

Lunch is served daily from 11:00-2:30PM, December 10th through April 13th. Reservations are for inside dining only and are strongly recommended. We have a 10-minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 10 minutes after your reservation time.

Dining at the Piste Mountain Bistro was an outstanding experience. The food was fabulous, the view was stunning and the service provided by Matt was as polished and professional as it was warm and friendly.

Great local vibe with amazing beers and full bar. The bison burger was delicious and the chop salad too. We were 9 people and they were wonderful about accommodating us.
