The name "BLU HWY" is inspired by the book Blue Highways by William Least Heat Moon, who travels through America using the less-traveled roads of the blue highways. On old maps, the back roads were colored in blue. Similarly, our menu celebrate America and its many influences...with a BLU HWY twist. The chef-inspired dishes will evoke a sense of comfort and familiarity, but at the same time maintain a focus on current nutritional and dietary preferences. AMAZING. Not my first time, but my first review. Repeat behavior should be recognized and that’s what I am doing. I have higher standards, than “probably” individuals with high standards - and they have relatively met them and or exceeded them when: • specifically taking care of individuals needs and or “Special Occasions” • been abundant with their care for product & customer • a great place that although they may be “busy”, somehow the peace & atmospherics, do not disturb quality time. High class.

Our experience was amazing!! It was my wife’s birthday dinner and it couldn’t have gone any better. Service was top notch, food was delicious (Grouper was alil dry and lacked more flavor), and the overall atmosphere was perfect for the occasion!! We are a legacy customer and have no doubt we will continue to be. Great job Cooper Hawk!!

We arrived a little early for our reservation. The restaurant is small and was full. However, they took us back to their private and quiet whiskey room to enjoy a drink before our table is ready. We finally arrived at our table. The service was great, and the food was good.

The Eggs Benedict were the best I've tasted in years. The lemon rolls were absolutely fabulous. The fried breakfast potatoes were crispy and delicious. Everything was superb.

The table we requested for our party of 6 on the enclosed patio was being used by another party, and we were offered another table upstairs. It was perfect for us. It was quiet, we had great service, we loved the appetizers and the $5 hamburgers. Everything was great!
