The Green Flash serves traditional American fare with a distinct European influence. The kitchen uses only fresh ingredients, including market-fresh fish in all its from scratch dishes. The Green Flash's menu begins with a range of starters like oysters on the half shell, smoked salmon, hot flash shrimp and mussels. Loved this place! It was a beautiful setting and the food was wonderful. Had the grouper sandwich and coconut shrimp. Very much enjoyed lunch!

Our waiter was late coming to our table to get our drunk orders. We never got the pita and hummus until we asked the hostess. Waiter took our order and then came back 20 minutes later to say someone had picked up his notes and he had never put our order in so we had to reorder. My salad was late coming out and everyone was already halfway through their meal. He apologized but it was a disappointing evening since we were there with friends who had never been there and relied on our recommendation. I will say this was the first time service was this bad.
