Since 2003, Santiago's Bodega Key West in Bahama Village has been serving globally inspired small plates in a vibrant, inviting atmosphere. We offer indoor and outdoor seating. For parties of 6 or more, please call the restaurant to reserve. We are a neighborhood gem. Reservations are highly recommended.

Open daily from 11:00am-10:00pm. We offer Happy Hour seven days a week from 3:00pm-6:00pm featuring half-priced sangria, wine by the glass, draft beer, and select $7 tapa specials. We look forward to welcoming you!

We sat outside and although it was quite warm and humid, as usual at in the keys, our waitress and the rest of the staff made our dinner very enjoyable. It was my wife’s birthday and we really liked the sangria and the food choices. Thank you very much for making her birthday a wonderful dining experience!

An "only in Key West" restaurant, The Flaming Buoy Filet Co. is one part retro supper club, one part sassy corner bistro, and one part highly personal whim. Fred Isch, grew up in every geographic segment of the country with a mother who loved cooking and collecting recipes. His husband, Scot Forste, grew up on the farm where his mother, bored of city life, spontaneously relocated to get back to the land, breed horses, and grow fresh, healthy food. Every recipe on the Flaming Buoy menu is an interpretation of something Fred or Scot ate at their respective family tables. Local additions, like seafood, tropical fruits, and Cuban flavors reinterpret the nostalgia, and the result grabbed the attention of the New York Times in 2011.
