AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We took our 5yr old daughter and she had a BLAST! The chocolate was her favorite. From the moment we walked in, the staff was so kind & accomodating. They even suprised our daughter with a chocolate covered strawberrt before we ordered food and drinks! Everyone on their staff went above and beyond to make the experience easy, stress free and enjoyable.

This was my first visit to JPAN Sarasota and it will not be my last! Out of our party of 6 only one person was not completely satisfied and that was just with a side dish. She said that the steamed dumplings were okay but not great. There is always one person that complains. The other 5 of us were completely satisfied! I had fatty tuna sushi and it was awesome. Along with that I had shrimp tempura and it was some of the best that I have ever had. My wife had Udon noodles and she said that it was delicious, and my daughter and my niece both had had specialty rolls that they raved about. My sister-in-law is gluten free and the staff was more than accommodating. The other sister-in-law (the complainer) had steamed dumplings and spring rolls. Overall this was one of the best Asian meals that I have ever had in Sarasota. All of that said about the food, I have to say that the service was even better than the food. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. I could not be happier!!!

We were not happy with the attitude our server had. She seemed like other things were more important, like checking her watch and getting people out the door. What would’ve been a five star across-the-board brought you down to a four star because of her. The entertainment was great
