Quality Foods Market offers a unique culinary experience, featuring authentic Italian cuisine, in a relaxed, elevated casual, and intimate atmosphere. Enjoy a seasonally changing, from scratch menu, featuring both classic and modern pastas; hand cut steaks from USDA Certified Premium Hereford Heritage 1881 Beef; New Zealand Lamb Chops; USDA Certified Prime Veal; and the freshest seafood available, flown in from around the world throughout the week. In addition, Quality Foods Market offers a curated wine list with selections from all over the world, and an unrivaled craft and imported beer selection. Executive Chef Christopher Houp takes the time to interact with each and every guest throughout the dining experience, taking the Chef's Table concept to a whole new level. Tables are limited, with just 16 seats inside, and an additional 16 seats for al fresco dining. Our guests are treated to a true Italian dining experience, as we allow a minimum of three hours between reservations.

We love our visits to Quality Foods Market. The experience is very European with amazing food and a very relaxed pace of service. It's not a meal, it's an experience and we feel valued by everyone. Chef Chris even remembered us saying the bottle of wine we had on our last visit a few months ago was one of the best we'd ever had, and he had one in his hands when he came over to greet us. For food we saw two menu items we hadn't seen before and had both, the veal chop and the gnocchi with blue cheese. Both were amazing! We are already looking forward to our next reservation!

Our service was quick and inviting we knew exactly what we wanted when we went in which was the Dutch apple pie , it’s phenomenal. Highly recommend the server Robert he has a great personality and is there right when you need him! 10 out of 10!

Loved the atmosphere and food but the band was too loud. They don't need amps or mics or maybe relocating them further away from the eating tables.

We had a really, really nice evening here. Very good wine selections. I loved the carrot tacos. Very creative and tasty. Cheeseboard and loaded hummus were great, too.

A refreshing change from the typical hotel restaurant menu, Sal Rosa had very interesting selections. Everything was tasty, the pork belly starter was really nicely executed.
