El restaurante Goodman está especializado en filetes. Nuestros chefs consiguen la mejor res de ambos lados del Atlántico (desde manadas alimentadas con maíz de primera calidad USDA hasta reses escocesas de pastoreo, pasando por Angus irlandesas alimentadas con granos y la rara raza Belted Galloway del Distrito de los Lagos de Inglaterra) para presentar una combinación exclusiva de un asador británico tradicional y un asador clásico de Nueva York. Toda la carne es añejada en seco y cortada en el establecimiento (esto se puede observar en la sala de añejamiento en seco con paredes de cristal).
