El restaurante Indigo, de ambiente relajado e informal, está ubicado en el moderno hotel One Aldwych de Londres y ofrece un menú británico creativo y siempre cambiante sin gluten ni lácteos. El menú es obra del chef Dominic Teague e incluye platillos creativos elaborados con ingredientes de temporada de las islas Británicas. La comida está muy bien preparada y no contiene gluten ni lácteos, sin que ello comprometa la calidad de sus ingredientes ni su sabor. Destacan la quinoa, la alcachofa de Jerusalén, la ensalada de granada y almendras ahumadas, el pan casero de samphire y el cordero de Rhug Estate.

Servicio muy bueno, personal muy atento. Los alimentos no merecen su precio, especialmente el pescado. Ambiente muy agradable.
