Santomare is a true gem in Marylebone for seafood lovers. The quality of the raw dishes is exceptional the tuna tartare and langoustine carpaccio are delicate, fresh, and beautifully plated. The guazzetto is rich and comforting, while the seabass baked in salt melts in your mouth. Every dish shows balance and care, with top-notch ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, with vintage touches that make it feel both exclusive and inviting. Perfect for a quiet dinner or a special occasion, Santomare offers an elevated yet relaxed experience that never feels pretentious. A consistent favourite for refined Mediterranean cuisine.
