As usual, Jack Binion’s was spectacular! We were celebrating our 41 Anniversary so we’ were seated in a booth. These booths are very comfortable and spacious! Our waiter, Matthew, was wonderful! Very friendly and attentive. He recommended items and knowledgeable. We had the filets - my husband had crabcake and I had sautéed shrimp .( which I highly recommend) that were cooked to perfection as to how we ordered! We had the garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Everything was delicious and the portions were large so we actually had too much food! Next time we will only order one side. The whole evening was great! Will continue to come back and recommend!

Chef Anthony not only makes the perfect and delicious food but plates it so beautifully. He never fails at providing an elegant flavorful dish. James is also a good host. He has a wonderful personality and serves the fabulous food and fine wine.

The Oven Restaurants specialize in Northern Indian Cuisine which is known for its rich colors, flavor profiles and a unique style of cooking in a clay oven, called the Tandoor. Chicken, shrimp and lamb marinate for several hours in a yogurt and spice mixture and placed on skewers while various breads are being hand made by our chefs fresh each day. The skewers and breads are then placed in the tandoor over an open flame where breads are cooked to perfection and the rich flavors are sealed in to ensure tenderness and quality of the meat.
