Food was good but not great. Steak was cooked completely correctly, which was great. Poke bowl should have had sushi rice, instead had basmati rice, so texture was wrong. Green beans still had stems and were not completely cooked. Fried pickles were outstanding. French fries and sweet potato fries were meh. Drinks were ok. Chocolate chip cookie was outstanding.

Ever since the first caveman decided to slap a side of mammoth over the cave fire, man (and woman) has enjoyed the flavor of food cooked over a wood fire. At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs.
Cooking in this way imparts a slight smokiness as it brings out the natural flavors of the food. A juicy ribeye sizzles and caramelizes, giving the tender beef a gorgeous crust. The homemade dough for our pizzas rises in the heat, and the crust gets to be the perfect combination of crisp and chewy. Vegetables share an entirely new flavor profile when cooked over wood. Dining at Timber brings an experience both classic and innovative. Come eat and drink with us as you watch our fireflies dance above the wood-fired grill.

Went in a party of four adults on a Friday night; great ambience for two couples catching up. Everyone was happy with the food, noise level was fine, and the server was very good, and very chill about us hanging out for a long time to visit after our meal. I had the shrimp bruschetta pasta - it's a favorite of mine, and the flavor is wonderful. My only disappointment is that while there is a good wine selection by the bottle, the options by the glass are extremely limited. I was the only one at the table drinking wine, and I'm not going to drink a whole bottle by myself.
