The restaurant also offers a Sunday brunch that includes chefs selections, a carving station, fresh bread and a cold station. For lunch and dinner at the Fireside Grill, start off with appetizers like the prime rib egg rolls, chicken quesadilla or, chicken tenders . Enjoy a salad paired with a bowl of homemade New England clam chowder or French Onion Au gratin soup for a lighter meal. We went to Cork when it first opened and have been a few times over the years, but it's been a while. We were so pleased that they have managed to find a good balance between tapas for sharing and entrees for folk who prefer to eat that way. The server was very helpful navigating the menu and listening to each member of our party with full attention. Also they were very good at helping kept the table clear as plates were emptied and then refilled without being obtrusive. It was a wonderful meal.
