We grow 20 acres of 800+ varieties of fruits, vegetables, and flowers as well as working with numerous local family farms to make all of this possible. We believe land that produces food is sacred and the hands that raise food are blessed. Unforgettable cuisine and over 10 delectable hard apple ciders made right here on our farm. CK’s our family owned business believes our business should be part of the solution and not part of the problem. We serve globally inspired food with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. We recycle everything we can: metals, glass, paper and cardboard. Our used cooking oil goes to the local buisness man for his bio-fuel trucks. The vegetable scraps become compost for our garden. 15% of our energy is produced by our rooftop solar panels and solar hot water is on the way soon. Many of us commute to work on foot or by bike. Our food comes from several local farms and ranches and we purify our drinking water. Our goal is fresh healthy food that will feed your body and your soul.
