This place is fantastic. It has a low key and unassuming vibe and then the food comes out and you realize you’ve hit the jackpot. The pasta is all homemade. The presentation is traditional Italian (finally, a restaurant that doesn’t put cream in the rigatoni alla norma!) and every bite was delicious. The prices were extremely reasonable and the owner made us feel right at home. I’m almost afraid to post this review because if people discover how excellent this place is we might have trouble getting a table!

Spice Affair never disappoints! The only problem we ever have is not having more people with us so we can order more dishes. We ordered a mango lassi (always a hit), the tandoori sample plate, chicken (dark meat) tikka masala, lamb rogan josh, yellow dal, pappadums, garlic naan, and white rice. Between the 3 of us, we finished everything and rolled ourselves home. j/k. We also had the rice pudding and mango ice cream for dessert which were perfect. We had to control ourselves from over-ordering but usually the lamb biryani is a regular dish we like to enjoy when we come here.
