Chef Zabala will redefine Somni as a personal, transportive, and emotive experience for guests, reflective of his Catalan heritage and love of Southern California which he now calls home.

Somni features an extensive tasting menu and offers seatings at both the Chef's Counter and private dining room.

Somni's 400-selection wine list highlights top producers from Spain and California as well as some of our favorite bottlings from around the world. Food does not and cannot get better than this meal. From the moment you cross the threshold into the beautiful and inspirational courtyard you know you have found your dream of a space . The ambience , the food, the presentation, the attentive warm and welcoming service, this is a meal to remember and delight in every moment of it! The wine pairings are equally extraordinary and we are blessed to have such a divine food feast available to us in Los Angeles. Grateful

Wolfgang Puck checks all the boxes and serves an amazing lunch at Merois—and lunch happens to be my favorite meal. The rooftop restaurant is completely open from front to back, allowing plenty of light and fresh air to flow from Sunset Boulevard to the sweeping views of the city. It’s also located near the pool, which gives everything a great resort-meets-beach vibe right in the middle of the city. Cocktails are a must—they showcase a bartender’s ability to strike the perfect balance. We tried Island in the Sun, made with Haku Vodka, Thai basil, bergamot aperitif, and lemongrass. It wasn’t overpowered by sweetness and was perfectly balanced. We also had Pepino’s Revenge, with Altos Blanco Tequila, Japanese cucumber, Thai basil, lime, and salt—refreshing and bright. For lunch, we had the Hamachi Tostada with yuzu kosho and avocado—mind-blowingly delicious; I could eat it all day. The Singaporean Baby Back Ribs were sticky and sweet, with pickled peppers adding a nice bite. Even the “plain” green salad surprised us—it had the most amazing ginger vinaigrette, just the right amount, and a beautiful variety of greens. The Crab Fried Rice with Peking Duck, dashi omelet, and garlic chive ranks among the best fried rice dishes I’ve ever eaten. Every bite was loaded with flavor, and the rice wrapped in the omelet was brilliant. What makes service perfect? Knowing when to be at the table and when to stay away. That awareness speaks to the overall balance of the experience—outstanding food, great service, and a casually elegant atmosphere that makes for an unforgettable lunch.

From start to finish, the service was impeccable and the food was exceptional. The highlight of the night was when Wolfgang Puck himself came to our table such a special and personal touch that made the evening even more memorable. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. Spago made this milestone celebration truly extraordinary. Highly recommend for any special occasion or anytime you want a world class dining experience! Our servers Jonathon and Jorge were amazing. They celebrated our daughter and brought fresh cookies to end the evening perfectly.

The Terrace at the famous Sunset Tower Hotel debuted a new look in May of 2018, featuring a refreshed outdoor dining experience with updated furnishings and an elegant new bar. The Tower Bar Restaurant has split views of the city from either side of the lobby. It offers a swank lounge, bar and an al fresco dining experience. Custom made banquettes line the windows that showcase an unparalleled view of the Los Angeles skyline. Art deco design influences include walnut with gold inlay trim in a subtle, muted color scheme. The delectable menu features California Bistro with Italian fare. A dress code is enforced, please call for information.

We are now open daily for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is offered six nights a week, Monday-Saturday. We are unable to guarantee a seating preference of indoors or outdoors. We recommend a sweater or light coat during the evenings.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at The Little Door, and it was such a beautiful experience. I had the 14 oz Prime Creekstone Ribeye Steak, he had the Creekstone Filet Mignon, and we shared the Escargot de Bourgogne, Portuguese Piri Piri Shrimp, and warm Housemade Parker Roll. Every dish was rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Our server, Lilith, was incredibly attentive, and the bus staff kept everything flowing smoothly—they cleared plates promptly, filled our water glasses as soon as they were low, and even brought out a new bottle when the first one ran out. The ambiance inside is magical—romantic, intimate, and ideal for a special night out. It was the perfect place to celebrate, and we’ll absolutely be back.
