Executive Chef & Partner, Victor Toriz has worked throughout his career in Bestia LA and Here's looking at you. He decided to return to Mexico where he worked for Arca Tulum and Emilia CDMX. Gaba is his first project located in Condesa.

Wonderful restaurant with great ambience, exceptional service and good food! Designed so well, the interior is beautiful. Staff were very polite, and they almost had one server per table. Highly recommend.

Animal is a must when in Mexico City. Exceptional customer service by all the staff but especially Alvaro the Manager. He was so attentive with us. Food was 1000/10 and the place was lovely. Highly recommend!

Best place in Mexico City, delicious food with unique flavors paired with magnificent wines at a reasonable fare. What else can you ask for. For me the best restaurant in Roma, and one of the best in CDMX.

The best food and service in Mexico City. The restaurant is cute and very comfortable, salsa was playing what gives the place a happy energy. The food is outstanding! Cheers for the chef and all the kitchen employees. I recommend and will be back for sure!
