Food was good. Entries came in fast but main dishes took a little longer. Great waiter service. Green soup which is one of my favorites was missing a distinctive flavor I could not taste this time. Pulpo a la Galleta was great!

We sat at the sushi bar and ordered the Omakase Menu. We have had the best Japanese and sushi in the US and Japan and can say that this was not traditional but very good. They put a creative spin on hand rolls and nigiri that added unique yet subtle flavors that really worked. The service was friendly and attentive.

We enjoyed the Experiencia Omakase, which consists of 10 different small-sized dishes (nigiri and temaki sushi) along with an ice cream mochi. Each sushi piece was exceptionally flavorful and remarkably fresh. In addition, we sampled the miso soup, a pork belly skewer, and the must-have dessert, pay de plátano. Returning to sample the remainder of the menu is certainly on our agenda.
