Solar is a space in the middle of the forest with a large terrace and a garden of more than 5 thousand meters, where there are a big playground, a greenhouse and a beautiful orchard.
They use only organic ingredients from local and fair trade producers.

The Spanish food served at the restaurant is absolutely delicious. It has one of the rarest desserts for Spanish restaurants in Mexico, which is leche frita . Service is very good and the selection of wine and spirits is up to par . I most definitely recommend it !

Amazing experience. Food was very good, I got the chilaquiles and the dark chocolate croissant. We celebrated a birthday and the staff sang to my friend, and we got a free entrance to the Hello Kitty museum.

Had a Mother’s day reservation. Staff really did try their best to get everyone a seat. We sat down almost an hour past hour reservation time. We had a meat platter to share, it was delicious.
